“I love this store location it’s always a sale basically better than other stores in this area for kids but they only have one problem at the store that with keeping clothes in stock in girls but not in toddler girls because it seems like they just don’t get enough shirts in stock at this store location I’m saying that because Shreveport always have a sale and whatever I need for my kids”

“Charrise Coleman in the makeup area of JC Penny in Monroe, LA has given me the ultimate slay on 2 different occasions. Many times while she was doing my makeup customers stopped to watch and ask to get theirs done too. She is always so friendly and welcoming to everyone that passes by and greets them with a smile.
