They don't open until 10am. They need to open at 7am so people can get to their jobs by 8am. Maje sure it is staffed properly as well

Currently sitting in the Xfinity store trying to drop off my equipment. Barely acknowledged by the store employs when I walked in and waiting forever while they take customer after customer trying to establish new service. It has been the most difficult thing to cancel my service after moving to an area they do not service and this is supposed to be the easy option!! I will never sign up for Xfinity again and would not recommend it to anyone.

They moved to a new location and the wait times are too long and they do not have enough cashiers in there to service customers. I just needed to turn in equipment they have been charging me on my bill and told me I did not have to return the equipment that has NEVER been opened

Xfinity Mobile is by far the worst mobile service I’ve ever had—and at 44 years old, that says a lot.
I’ve been with them for four years, have no active contract, and paid off my device long ago, well after a full year of service. Recently, my phone was damaged by water, and I called to cancel the line. I was told I’d still be charged for an additional month on a deactivated line—because “it’s company policy.”
That’s when it became clear: Xfinity’s policies are not built around customer service. In fact, they seem to have nothing to do with putting customers first at all.

I ordered internet services online and was unable to set up they set up a tech appointment which never came on the several appointments I made. After 3 weeks and still no service enough is enough and found internet services elsewhere. Please save your time, money and energy and get something else

Long wait to get waited on. Sales rep. Very helpful once we got waited on. Few seats had to stand while waiting.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a real person if you try to call about anything. Customer service has gone to pot at Xfinity. 1 is actually too high of a rating, but there isn't a lower option.

Terrible everytime it rains the internet is so laggy and keeps shutting off and it says I'm conneccted but won't load a game plus not to mention that it says full. Bars and I will run over 600 ping for no reason like why?

Everything is a hassle with these people. They have no real customer service. Just a bunch of people from India chewing curry and pretending to solve your issue. I'm shopping for an alternative service tomorrow. I don't have time for this or this kind of stress.

Absolutely horrendous service. My husband and I canceled our account via phone at the end of march and returned our equipment early april on account of us moving. We were charged today somehow and i called to discover our account is still active after paying a buyout fee?? Then when i requested a supervisor they disconnected the call. I am beyond pissed.

I just bought a house and called to set up service with Xfinity. I have NEVER had an acct with them before. They mailed me my equipment with no instructions and said it was self set up. I don’t have a Ethernet plug or whatever it is called. I called customer service, was going back and forth with a robot for 2hrs before they let me speak to a person. The lady said she could have a tech to my house the next day at 10am. It’s not 12:30 next day and no tech. I look at my app and it says “YOU NO LONGER HAVE SERVICE WITH XFINITY TO BRING ACCT UO TO DATE PLEASE PAY YOUR BILL” how do I have a bill!!!! Called waited another hour to get a human then was told that THE PREVIOUS RESIDENTS HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BILL and that I need to PROVE that I didn’t live here with that person in order to get service and that I’ll be hearing from COLLECTIONS!!! Mind you I already paid my deposit and I just moved here from ANOTHER STATE that doesn’t even have Xfinity. WHY IS MY ACCT DELINQUENT FOR SOMEBODY ELSES UNPAID BILL
