I absolutely love the people at this store. Shout out to Cherita for going above and beyond to getting my husband and I set up with new phones. All employees were super nice and greeted everyone quickly and friendly. I was in customer service for over 35 years and they all exemplify true quality.

Having worked in some form of customer service for most of my life, I have zero doubt that the lack of customer service provided by Comcast/Xfinity is not only cultural, but intentional in design. If they make it difficult enough to complain/redeem credits/cancel service, enough people will give up that it makes it financially beneficial in the short run. Sheer incompetence alone couldn't explain how they could be so awful. I'm so glad to be canceling my service now that they no longer have a monopoly on the fiber available in my market. The only reason I am writing this review is because I had to look up the physical office when their "Schedule a callback" function on their website in order to cancel service "happened" to be experiencing "temporary trouble". Shocking (the most massive eye roll.)

My husband and I have been Comcast customers for years. We have so enjoyed the service that we have received. From the technical support to the installers,absolute top notch! However my husband passed last month and I was instructed to bring in the death certificate which I did yesterday! I went to the Pecanland Mall Drive location and walked in to a clean and well lit store! I was approached by Naiaisha Tyson and told her why I was there. She was the kindest person I have ever met. Just very helpful and knowledgeable about everything Comcast offers. What a beautiful soul! I would give her 12 stars out of 10! Keep her working there even if you have to give her a raise! It's so hard when your husband of 29 years passes but she went above and beyond! I thank you Naiaisha for being you! It was an absolute pleasure my dear!!! Cheri Perriman

WARNING!I cannot recommend this company at all!! I've used them for home internet almost 3 yrs. and had to make a report to the BBB twice ?Recently..... they helped themselves to my bank account for a technician charge that came out for issues I was told ahead I wouldn't be charged for. $100!!! That I didn't have available omg... still not resolved! PLEASE don't use this company!

By far the worst Internet provider on this freaking planet, my Internet constantly constantly cuts out then whenever they give you a new modem, it still does the same thing you call to set up an appointment they come out and fix it. They don’t fix anything but yet charge you so incredibly stupid I would never ever ever recommend this company.(Xfinity Is A Waste Of Space.)

The guy DJ was the most helpful person.he got me internet in under 15 mins and was thorough and made it simple for me to understand.He got me a price I can afford and was respectful and patient all the way through!!Never have I seen getting Internet be simple or affordable until today!!

BEWARE!!!!! IF You think you need to have a service man come to your home, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 100.00!! I was told ahead of time they DO NOT charge unless there a problem inside that needs repaired! that was NOT my issues and I was still charged! BAD BUSINESS

The product they sell is fine. It’s the service that’s the problem. The sales people don’t know what they are selling or the correct information on promotions. Go to the website and figure it out yourself. It’s a waste of time to ask anyone anything. This goes for troubleshooting as well. Figure it out yourself to keep your sanity. Internet and phones alike. Don’t ask for help. You won’t get the right information. I had an issue with a new phone transferring after an upgrade. After 2 weeks of constantly being on hold just to be told to do the same thing over and over again, I called apple. The issue was resolved within 5 mins.

I personally in the past 4 years am totally dumbfounded by the people in this store can bill me every two weeks along with my ACP not showing up on my bill. It is also not OK for them to have all my information on their phones as soon as I walk in the door. I truly believe they are ripping me off.

I do not understand how XFINITY can continue to double or triple charge ACP customers, DECREASE wifi speed and lie about calling you back. By the way this is not the first time they have charged me for something I didn’t owe. THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM TO RIP OFF THE GOVERNMENT AND LOW INCOME FAMILIES. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND I PRAY EVERYONE LOOKS AT THEIR BILLS BECAUSE MOST LIKELY THEY ARE STEALING FROM YOU TOO!

I've been with Comcast since around 2006 give or take a bit. The service for the most part works. But if you ever have a issue like the lines are down or it doesn't work its a nightmare. The current issue is I pay 290$ a month for internet and cable and if I go to free movies 90 percent of the time take me to a charge site....... I so love the generic response from Comcast on every response .we aren't even important enough for them to change the words lmao
