I stopped in to try to train because the gym I had originally planned to train at fell through. Tara really went above and beyond in making sure I was all set up to complete my programming! And all the members I interacted with were nice. Highly recommend this gym!

I love this place and the family feel surrounding it. I was worried about frequenting this place as a woman of color, but everyone makes me feel welcome every time. Workouts are great and starting cross fit makes me feel like I can do anything.

We competed at festivus on the 23rd. What a fantastic box with great people!!! Definitely going to drop in when we’re back in the area!!
