Terrible pharmacy. No importance placed on filling monthly scripts. No importance placed on trying to help you find someone who can fill your prescription while they've been waiting on a truck to deliver supplies for over a week now... If my insurance allowed, I would take my business elsewhere

I needed some photos printed. These photos were very important to me. Walgreens refused to help me and embarrassed me. I went to CVS where I was welcomed in by employee Natalie. I explained to her the way Walgreens had disrespected me. She helped me print my photos that I needed and made my day with her kindness & professionalism. She was so helpful and made my CVS experience very smooth and easy. I am DONE with Walgreens. I will be taking my business to this CVS. Thank you sweet Natalie for being a great employee and a phenomenal human.

This is the rudest most unfriendliest bunch of people I've ever meet, one time they had a sign on the window informing folks to be patience or they could go somewhere else, the lady at the window said I could drive by and she'd throw my med's at me. I don't know where they get these people are what's going on in their lives but if they are that unhappy they need to find another job or being in our shoes who have to pay over $400.00 a month for one bottle of med's that don't last a month and that's after insurance. I wish they'd close that one down and move all of their business to the one on Cypress St. those folks are nice and very considerate, helpful and polite.

I drop my son's script at 11am and was told it should be ready by 4pm. Drop by 430pm to find out they didn't have the medicine in stock and no one texted or called to tell me this. The lady waiting on me didn't seem to care at all.When I asked for my script back the lady walk to the back look through a basket while having a nice conversation with a pharmacist but never produce my script. It wasn't until one of the other ladies said that another CVS down the road had augmented and they could transfer my script there that was help in some way.. If corporate office at CVS cared about this 2.7 rating it would come in and hire a whole new crew

This is undoubtedly the worst pharmacy there is-dropped off prescription for my granddaughter which she needs desperately at 10 am-called at 12:30 they said be ready at 2 pm-drove 15 miles to pick up at 3:30 pm and waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window and then was told it wasn’t ready and they would expedite it-these people are the rudest folks that I have ever encountered at any pharmacy period-I mean how are they still in business-simply unbelievable-if I ever get the prescription u can bet I will never walk thru any CVS pharmacy or store again

WORST PHARMACY EVER! My family and I have used this pharmacy for years but the last 6 months has been a joke. Last week was the last time I will ever give my money to this pharmacy. If you want to keep your sanity, do not expect the people here to help in any way. We have been waiting on my daughters medicine for 5 days now. I finally requested a new pharmacy call and have her prescription transferred and the CVS representative hung up on the new pharmacy 3 times. I am now on hold with CVS corporate to see what can be done to get this medicine!!!!

This is absolutely a joke of a pharmacy. I understand that finding good employees is harder now days HOWEVER there needs to be a level of respect and empathy for the sick people trying to get their medicine. I had to take my daughter to the ER because after 5 days CVS could not manage to get her Medicine filled. I called the Dr office and the insurance company who both said they had done their part and CVS needed to finish theirs. After not having any luck calling the pharmacy, I drove the 30 minutes to see what was going and was told that the medicine needed a PA from the insurance company which I knew had already been taken care of by BCBS. At that time I phoned another pharmacy and requested they have the family's medicine transferred. That pharmacy called me back and informed me that CVS representative had hung up on her not once, not twice, but THREE times. I have reported this to CVS corporate in the hopes that there are more qualified people working there. Long story short, if you don't want to waist your time fighting a loosing battle stay away from CVS.

CVS pharmacy at 5350 cypress st in West Monroe, LA 71291 gave me the absolute customer service possible today. These last few months have been bad but today was the last straw when the pharmacist Jeremy told me that he was too busy to do what should have been done today. My doctors office has been faxing and calling since yesterday. This isn’t just any medication, this is a seizure pill (Vimpat). As a pharmacist, Jeremy is very much aware of the consequences that could occur if you miss a dose. Today cvs pharmacy showed that their customers life is not valued and not important. I will not use CVS ever again after the horrible treatment I received on today. I will also be contacting the local news stations, BBB, and other agencies to make them aware of the neglect that I have received. I fill out the survey monthly about the bad customer service I have been receiving and my voice has not been heard. I will be sure it is heard this time.

The pharmacy staff is exceedingly rude. There automated system sends me messages and occasionally calls my phone to let me know that my prescription is ready but, when I get there they look at me like I'm some kind of idiot and tell me that if I wait it will be at least an hour and if I leave it will be the next day.
