H2GO Paddle & Provisions is an excellent choice for outdoor adventures and equipment, more than a place to buy stuff. It is a community center for aquatic adventurers and a hub for the kayaking tribe. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff go above and beyond to understand customer needs, providing personal attention to kayak and other gear needs. They are helpful and take time to ensure proper fitting for safety. The store offers multiple community events, free training sessions, and kayaking paddle events where you can try different models. They also conduct hiking events and trips. With several options available and in stock, it is a fantastic paddle shop with awesome people who create a welcoming environment for all, making it the best in the NELA area.
I went to H2GO to look at equipment and accessories to haul my kayak on top of my Suburban, they had several options available and in stock, Nicole was very knowledgeable and very helpful, I left with exactly what I needed. I had almost given up on my new Crescent Crew, but finally we have her home! The guys were so kind and helpful to me and my son. Don’t hesitate to visit this place. Awesome people.
