The entire staff at Hi Lo was so friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service. My original reservation was at Executive Climate Control Mini Storage due customer didn’t return in time the ladies at Executive found me another U-haul and took me to pick it up. Both locations deserve 5 stars!!

We rented a dolly from them and they stayed late to show us how to load our car on it and oiled the dolly for us best experience as a customer they went above and beyond for us!

I have used these guys a total of 6 times for uhaul rental. From the first to the last they have been kind, courteous, and accommodating. The only reason I would go anywhere else would be because of equipment availability, although I have never had to. Keep up the good work guys. Jesus loves you.
