“Went to have photos made from pics on my phone. For some reason my phone wouldn't connect with the scan code used for direct uploading. The framing tech Rosa, could not have been more patient or helpful. She had me text pics to her phone and then used the scan to upload them herself. She printed one of my pics, framed it and packaged it in a box in about 10
minutes. We were extremely pleased with the result.
We cannot praise Rosa enough! Her personality and intuitiveness, coupled with her professional and courteous help, were very unexpected. But she was a great example of how customer service used to be.
