I took off work came in for ordered blood work. I advised the tech that I had 2 separate orders and she acknowledged that she saw them both. I received a paper with pay codes, was asked for my debit card if insurance didn’t pay. Not all pay codes was on the sheet. It really would’ve been helpful to have all of them so I know what’s payable by insurance and what’s not. I went to the dr to follow up 2 days later and my dr did not rec all of my blood work results. I have been calling for a week now and can’t get anyone on the phone I also left 2 voicemails. It appears I will have to take off work to go to Labcorp to get an answer for something that can be handled in a simple phone call. Very unprofessional and Inconvenient.

I walked in with no appointment and They got what I needed for my lab work very fast. The employees are very friendly and polite.

Amber was very patient and kind. Check-in was a kiosk and it wouldn't register my address which happens sometimes so it wasnt their fault. She was nice enough to check me in herself. It was really fast. I'd suggest getting there early morning.

No one here answers or returns phone calls.Wanting to make certain that there was an order in place for my blood work PRIOR to making the 2 hour round trip there, I called for three days straight. No answer. No return calls.Go there for appointed time and am told they do not have an authorization from my doctor.This results in a wasted trip and ultimately pushing out my doctor appointment for another SIX WEEKS!What kind of a business protocol is this?!?Utter joke.

What an awful experience to anyone, much less an elder sick person!!! Slam dunk rude receptionist devoid of her station, had to wait forever that she arrived from the back. Next refused to assist me customer to scan bar code, next did not look up your info on computer and take your requisition number...simply put she didn't want to do her job or another words we were not worthy of her time...I sighed and resulted in my withdrawal to a sticky filthy chair my entire shirt clung, ugh!!! Where is your MD orders, she said. In your computer, I responded...at that point she refused to look me up...my husband tried to assist for 30 minutes to just get signed in. But we were told to reschedule it after driving 20 miles from the rural. Also another back area coworker appeared and what loud unprofessional goof off cowling they maintained ignoring us...I hate to express this, but they exhibited a candor of superiority like some high schoolers clades do...I hope you customers have better luck than we did. We left nothing resolved to go home, and to contact our resources to get all rescheduled and reordered again. SAD!!!

Beware of LabCorp vehicles on the road. At least one of them is aggressive and tried to run me off the road yesterday. Passed in a no passing zone, never got all the way over the line, and cut in front of me before getting all the way around. Lic#906 AQU BTW, he looked me in the eye and knew exactly what he was doing. I have left messages to make a complaint and my calls are not returned.

The woman with the long braids that works in the front office and takes blood has absolutely NO customer service. My business will be taken elsewhere after being rudely spoken to and brushed off as if I am not a person and just scum on her shoe. And don't expect them to answer the phone! They never do.

I think it is pretty poor that I am required to wear a mask inside even though the mask mandate has been lifted, but people can walk around with their pants sagging down below their buttocks.
