Very friendly staff. Erin assisted me with my needs as well as helping the other customers in the lobby. She always kept me informed of the process until it was completed.

Called. They stopped wrong checks. Never returned my call. Had to drive 25 minutes to bank. I have lupus and walking pneumonia right now. I'm suppose to be in bed not waiting in a lobby for 30 minutes.. horrible bank

I am 72 years old and moved to WY to be close to my son .I had to wait till I got to WY before closing my acct so I could chg addresses on my SSA and new bank info I have been trying to close that acct in WM La but they say I have to be there in the bank to do it so No they won t close by it so it’s wide open , they will not block the acct or anything I did block bank card B on my mobile app. It’s a terrible bank to work with .

Always get shorted for my business at the commercial window, sometimes it's 5 dollars sometimes its a dollar sometimes its a penny. I think they finally replaced the teller who refused to make change from a deposit. I would give her 300$ With a deposit slip for 182.82 and ask for the rest to be broken up into one's and fives and rolls of change and she would just repeat over and over that they don't give change from deposits. So I told her that I needed change then I needed to make a deposit? The new teller doesn't say anything when I ask for change and a deposit. This regions was still rude on the phone when calling to ask about the money I was shorted on and was rude to our sister stores employee when she called because they hadn't deposited money they received two days ago

I am a EX-regions account holder, and as I skimmed threw a few reviews others have input I felt a sudden urge to be much obliged myself. Lol they are 9 times out of 10 going to be pretty rude or snooty, no road side manner lol (wat trying to be funny). The need to CHARGE people whom could be potential clients to cash one of their OWN CHECKS there is infuriating to me. I would understand if it were a check from a different bank or something but to charge to cash one of their own checks from a current account holders account made out for the person cashing it is a BIG turn off for anyone that may have wanted to open an account with them I'm just giving some constructive criticism to them and anyone wondering if they charge for petty or unnecessary fees that font make sense....hope you all have a wonderful and blessed eve!!???☺️?

Have at least 30 cars in line, been waiting for 40 minutes now and still havent made it to the front to get my change order. Definitely need to hire more people. The wait time is ridiculous!!!

I was tired of the lines and lack of service or available staff when I called. I've since transferred my account and fund to a local credit union. No regrets!!

Absolutely SOOOOO SLOW!!!! You should NOT have to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru to deposit cash when you're at the window! This bank is a JOKE. I'll be closing my account already and I just opened it. Way to go!
