I only smoke l&d 100s. Store scanned l&d 100s. But put a carton of shorts in my bag. They will be receiving a charge back. Because of this. I have been buying cigarettes here for a year. Never once have I requested shorts. I'm not accepting the charge. You scanned 100s. You give me 100s. That's not a mistake a cashier should make!

My employees and I frequent this gas station due to its convenient location near our store. I generally avoid leaving negative reviews because, as a business owner, I understand the challenges businesses face. However, I recently had a disappointing experience here.
I went in with a $50 bill to pay for a $55 purchase. I apologized and placed the $50 on the counter while I transferred the remaining amount to my account. The cashier asked me to move the money into his hand, which was within reach. I understand this request if a customer rudely throws money down, but that wasn’t the case here.
As a business owner in the NELA area, I don't make my customers do this unless they are intentionally rude. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior. Small gestures of courtesy go a long way in customer service, and I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

Apparently, these people think that sitting cash on the counter instead of putting it directly into their hand is rude and will rudely tell you to put it into their hand if you do so. Even if you’re doing other things with your hands in order to finish the transaction with your card.
I guess my money isn’t good enough for you if you have to pick it up yourself. There are plenty of convenient stores all around that have much better customer service and honestly better selections. I will certainly be taking my money to other establishments in the future.

Kind staff, and fair prices, and a vareity of goods at hand. Dont get me started on their food either. Never in my life have I tasted something so AWESOME from a convenient gas station. Thank you guys for being decent honest people!

Stopped by to kill some time looking around and found out they have an amazing assortment of liquor. My wife and I found some stuff we didn't know existed! Definitely will be coming back there and exploring around when we have more time.

The manager in the morning shift is a girl and she's rude while checking you out, act like she doesn't even wanna be checking you out, all the other workers there are really nice and friendly people except the manager in the morning shift, I don't even know how she's the manager

This is a good place to stop. They always treat me friendly and offer one of the best beer & alcohol selections in town. The food is excellent and the gas is always lower than other stations too! Lunch is the best. I'm not sure who that rude lady is some people were writing reviews about because I've been going here for 5 years and never met a rude worker. I have seen some rude customers though ?

Location and fast service make this a convenient stop for gas, in-store deli, iced mochas, last-minute grocery items, etc.

Staff is rude, they will talk about you in another language while they smile to your face. There is a more respectful staff down the street that I will shop from.

Everybody is great. Food is great! However, there is a lady that works there. She is always so rude nomatter how many times you go in there. You can joke with other people and she still talkes under her breath. Very unprofessional, and I have worked at several convenient stores myself, and would never treat random people as she does.
