This store delivered a prescription to my door that did not belong to me and no one signed for it! It clearly said Apt 7 and there was no Apt 7. Then I called them about it, they lied and said someone from Walgreens would pick it up! A week later I’m driving 15 miles using my gas to take them their Medicine after being hung up on twice! They did not care that this was dropped off while kids were outside playing before school and kids had the package with the medicine!!! Probably because it’s in a black community! I ask myself had I been a white person with the same complaint what would have happened??? I guess dropping off prescription drugs around black kids is okay for Walgreens! HUGE LIABILITY!!!

My Rx renewal was requested on Friday, and the phone system said it would be available Monday by 11am. (3 days to count 30 pills??) Then I got it and the label was totally covered with a blank white label! I could barely read my name through it, and the pills look the same as the last time, so I'm going to assume it's okay. But this kind of service shouldn't take 3 days!

Ever since 2020 this pharmacy has went downhill. Before that, they were great! Quick and efficient, when they send out the text notification the prescriptions were ACTUALLY ready. Now since 2020 every time I get there, the person at the register is always scrambling to find my prescription- even though the text that is sent says it is ready. Usually about 8 times out of 10 the prescription is NOT ready. There is usually always something wrong. DON’T SEND TEXT NOTIFICATIONS SAYING ITS READY KNOWING GOOD AND WELL IT ISN’T!!!

My wife called them, they answered and the lady put her on hold not telling her why her medication is on hold , and we were on hold so long it hung up!!! We called back 10 times waiting each time and they pick up for a second and put on hold immediately!!! She just got out of surgery and needs her meds ? RIDICULOUS

I have been dealing with this Walgreens for some time now. About every other time I go, there is an issue. Today I was short on my RX, just by one tablet but still.. They will not give me what I paid for and claim, "oh, I was the one that oversaw this count, I'm sure I put them all in there." Regardless if she counted right, it was still missing from my bottle. I get that people make mistakes and that's fine. Just fix it and don't treat me like a liar. Pharmacists used to only have to count. That was the job, count. That procedure is gone. They have a little bit of power and now want to rule over people. I am filing a complaint. And this seems to be the best Walgreens in town... So, good luck

Hands down, the best Walgreens experience I've ever had! My daughters' needed a vaccine today, and my almost-7-year-old was really worried. The pharmacist was so kind and did everything she could to help ease her fears and help us. All of the employees were encouraging and helpful - even the cashier working the photo center celebrated with us when she got it done! Our family is grateful for the kindness and care we received from this Walgreens today.

We have been using Walgreens for the last five years. This week, we have made the decision to part ways with this pharmacy. During the last six months, getting prescriptions at this pharmacy has been nothing but a struggle. Every visit, without fail, we had a problem or issue with the prescriptions and refills. We have patiently waited for things to get better, but it is becoming evident they won't. Here are a few examples. My wife's birth control was switched without our consent to a brand not covered by our insurance and then Walgreens stopped carrying the brand that was covered. My daughter's medication has been late from their central processing every month causing my daughter to go without for days at a time. My wife's heart medication, which she requires to function, was late this month. The crew behind the counter were perfectly OK allowing her to miss it. After I calmly explained how this was unacceptable, I was told by a passing cashier "to calm down, it's not that bad. We have some and can fill it." Keep in mind, this is heart medication that they said was on a truck, but really had a secret stash. They seemed completely OK with her not having it and not showing a care in the world that she was out or that I was concerned. Several times now, their app has extended the "in processing" statement about prescriptions. It has become a habit that I must make the cashier uncomfortable before they search the "in processing" drawer to fetch out medications the day after they are supposed to be available. I understand they are very busy and probably short staffed. There are people in this pharmacy who really do care about their customers and have gone through leaps and bounds to mitigate the mistakes of their colleagues. Unfortunately, the attitude and practices as a whole presented by this pharmacy and the complete lack of empathy from some have driven our business away. Until there are major changes in the location's attitude and training, we cannot recommend the use of this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is horrible! They are constantly losing e-scripts for my child's ADHD medication. All of her other prescriptions are sent by e-scripts with no issue. I have filed a complaint with corporate after the 3rd time. Now I have filed a complaint with corporate again. The pharmacy tech was rude and told me that the doctor did not send it. The tech said that the pharmacy manager could not do anything. As I explained to her that the pharmacy manager told me to let her know. This tech put me on hold 5 minutes until closing. No one came to the phone and the phone went to a survey. I tried to call back to no one answer. I would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone. This pharmacy sucks!!!!

Couldnt make a purchase because they were not taking cash with 15 mins before closing and told me to go to the store closer in town. Why even be open if you cannot accept cash. Ive had to go there before at that time and it wasnt an issue but the rudeness I got tonight, i'll never shop there again.

For anyone wanting a Moderna booster, just save yourself the frustration and headache and go next door to Walmart pharmacy and be in and out in 3 minutes rather than 3 hours and still not getting a vaccine. I get people are short handed right now, but don't tell me you don't have time to go over paperwork after I've made two trips to try to get it but you "Don't have the time for it right now".After today, I'm pretty sure I'll never step in this place again unless it's my only option.

Very rude. Lie about when medicine will be done. Never answer their phones and if they do they hang up on you. Completely unprofessional. Have to wait over 3 hours to get medicine sometimes the next day. Open late and close early.

Don't even try calling they never answer the phone! I thought maybe going to them because they are closer would be convenient for me.. Nope, I should have went somewhere else! The 1st time they gave my child meds he is allergic too and then I go in today and she charges me for medicine I specifically said last time I didn't want because he already had it at home. I didn't realize this until I got home and looked in the bag. I will be finding somewhere else to go. All those people in there and things still go badly!!
