Whoever is working in the online pickup department needs to stop being lazy. When I got there an hour ago, my screen in my trunk was pulled out for my rooftop, and y’all put the groceries on top of the screen when there’s directions on it that shows not to. You could’ve just asked me what to do with that as well. I understand mistakes happen but a lot of mistakes could be avoided with proper communication. You could’ve ruined my screen, and you would’ve been paying for it if it was ruined. Then somebody lazily put four cans in one bag and the bag handle ripped once I got home. At least attempt to do your job or quit. I don’t appreciate receiving half the service.

Brought car into get new battery but the cables- my car is really old- were too rusty. They were so nice showing me a picture of why they couldn’t change it but they cleaned it up to where it works ok. Very professional group of ladies and gentlemen!
