Took my truck in today after R&R in Ruston played it off like they were being nice to give me a free front end alignment and it was worse than before took it to wal-pole tire my truck could drive itself my hats off to Jeff at wal-pole for doing an awesome job on my truck now I noticed my rack and pinion leaking I had put on at Walpole a while back taking it to them tomorrow to see 5/8/24 hope they do will leave comment tomorrow and leave stars or take away

If you value being appreciated for deciding to spend your money at a business, avoid this place. Every time I go here, I’m met with desk staff that acts like im a burden for coming in. They will lie to you telling you your tires need replacing what they are perfectly good. They will lie to you for the sake of making the sale. Don’t trust these people. This isn’t based off of one bad visit but my experience from a dozen or more visits that have been the same way every time

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is a joke when it comes to mechanic work. April 2023 I took my truck to them because it was making a popping noise and they said everything on front end was worn out. Which I'm sure now was a lie. You can't trust anyone. It cost me over $2000.00 to have everything replaced under the front end, including everything to do with power steering. On May 4, 2023 power steering pump started pouring fluid. It left me stranded in Baton Rouge area and I had to call a wrecker that cost me $416.00 out of my pocket to have it towed to a Goodyear shop in Baton Rouge.They had to put another power steering pump on. When I got back home I went by Walpole in June 2023 because truck was still making popping noise. Guy said, they greased it and it wasn't popping anymore. What a liar these people are !!!!! Still making popping noise. My truck has not drove right since Walpole guys did the work. Here it is 10/31/23 and still leaking power steering fluid, so I take it back to Goodyear shop in Baton Rouge because I'm working in area and power steering gear boxs is leaking fluid that was installed at Walpole and now It's being replaced. I hold my breath every day and wait to see what happens next due to the work Walpole did. Sad thing is I called an talked to Asst. manager Mike when all this is happening and all he does is play dumb. Steve's the manager and he's no better than Mike. Shop and people that work there are a joke. So if you like to just give money away like I did, then use this place. Will never use them for anything and neither will anyone I know. I have receipts to back up everything I said in this texts.
