I been post to have my stuff and it keep saying it will come in next week and I payed for 2 day shipping and when you go to the office they sure don’t really help you at all

I think they are stealing packages. I've had to get Amazon involved 6 or 7 times this year for packages that were blatantly wrong like my name printed on a box that had a completely different item in it, and or indefinitely "running late" from usps only.

Everytime we get mail or packages, they deliver it to my neighbors house or even 2 house down from mine. This is the 2nd time had a amazon package that is supposed to be delivered and according to their site and postal service site, it says it was delivered and it never was or delivered to a completely different address.
