I love this store my only concern is being followed around acting like they fixing stuff on the same isle you’re on and at self check out standing behind you Sometimes I feel like I’m being stereotype. I may have on my work uniform off from work with my slippers on. One time I was in there and I overheard one of the workers on the phone talking about a lady. It was so rude and so nasty. I couldn’t stand to be around her, even though the lady was not in the store anymore. It was not right talking about what the lady had on. Looks like she just rolled up out of the bed. I just feel like you don’t know what kind of day a person is having it still doesn’t give you the right.

EVERY employee at this location is your best friend as soon as you walk in the store Everytime, not just anytime. For Years. And the manager, Mr. Keith, cannot be replaced. CVS in Westwego, La., is the best shopping experience, ALWAYS

This is usually a good store. But the laziness have to stop. Don't tell me to use the self checkout when you are sitting on you're butt on the phone doing nothing. Sad

Rude, rude and more rude! Shift managers being rude to customers picking up for someone and then I call to tell them about the rude employee and the “shift manager” catches an attitude with me. I said “oh the rude employee must have been you” & she proceeds to hang up in my face. I will be speaking to the Store manager asap!

Seems like just about every time we pick up a prescription here, we are given strange looks. Not sure if it’s because we are on Medicaid or picking up a pain med prescription for a postop or both. We are white middle class/decent looking people.. maybe that’s the problem. IDK ??♀️

I get all my prescriptions from CVS Pharmacy, the store is always clean & the employees knows your name. It is like a family pharmacy. Sometimes it takes a while for someone to answer the telephone.b/c they are very busy.but overall, I prefer CVS to a mail order pharmacy.I 'll stick w/ getting my prescriptions filled @ CVS.

Call system is trash . And rude even by telling me " if that's all ypu need, then you can hang up"All I did was press "0" to connect to live rep to ask if they had certain candy available.Terrible experience talking on the phone.

Went in to get diapers for my baby using the pampers rewards app. As soon as I said I had a coupon the cashier “Norma Jean/Noma Jean” (old short white woman with glasses and a ponytail) immediately said they don’t scan coupons on the phone and I have to print it. I explained that with the pampers rewards app the ONLY way to use it is on the phone. She wouldn’t even look at what I had. She was extremely rude and was going back and forth saying she can’t take it so I tried self-checkout. The instructions are very clear and tells you that it has to be scanned on the phone and at the counter. CVS is listed as a rewards retailer and she still refused then she finally saw “OTC” and said that’s completely different and it’s not a “coupon” so scanned it bc obviously they accept it which I knew already. She does not need to be at anyone’s front counter with that nasty attitude early in the morning especially when you’re loud & wrong!
