I've purchased only used tires from them, usually one or two at a time after road hazard incidents. I've never had a bad experience with their service or the used tires. They have enough workers such that there is a short wait time while installing the tire(s). All of the tires that I purchased had more tread than the ones replaced; the date codes are within the DOT guidelines for replacement. The cost of the tires is very reasonable. The service person installed my tire in the pouring rain on my recent visit. I recommend giving them your business when in need of good used tires.

WARNING- I brought me Carrera Turbo for a tire repair. I know I should have went to Goodyear but I was on a low tire and had no choice. I specified to the guy that the rim was freshly painted at Rim Pros in Kenner and to be careful with them and to not nick or scratch them. I supplied my OWN correct rubber coated lug socket to prevent scratches. I watched them shove the pry bar against the rim itself to remove the tire making gouges around the entire rim down to the metal, then they stood the tire on it side and spun it making more scratches on the face of the rim. When they put the wheel back on i asked who was paying for all the damage to my freshly painted rim? They said "oh ,it was like that, its old damage" i said I have the receipt on me from Rim pros! they said "maybe you had another rim painted and got confused?" I told them "my name is written on the rim from when it was painted!! They went back to saying "its old damage" again- And then told me to call Rim Pros and ask if they could help fix the damage that was done by their tire person- I said I have a picture of the wheel on the car, before they took it off and there isn't a scratch on it! they said "well , we aren't responsible" I asked for a receipt, they took cash and refused to give one. I asked where the sign was that states that as by law if that is their policy that they are not liable for damages it must be posted in plain view. I took pictures everywhere outside and inside the shop, no sign. They tried to say "well, because we said so" - I said "you owe me for a new repaint on the rim you damaged" They got in my face and said they would hit me if i didn't leave- WARNING Stay away from this crooked, lying, rip off place at all costs! They will damage your car and tell you F*** Y** they ONLY reason i posted one star is because i HAD to pick at least one!

Was told that I could use my credit card for 2 tires, not 4. If I wanted to buy 4, I’d have to use debit. I can make assumptions as to why I think I was told this but I’ll just take my money elsewhere.

When I brought my car to get the tires changed, they scratched up my rims while they were changing the tires so I wouldn't recommend going to the place to get your tires fixed!

Very nice family run business. Old country style set up. Essentially stay in your car or stand outside type experience so not for everyone. But that shouldn't cost them a star. Highly recommend for their knowledge value and service. I drove from Mandeville for a used tire and they provided a nice repair instead.

I asked if my tire that had a roofing nail in it could be patched. An employee took my tire off of the back of my RAV 4 without asking me. He took it into the shop, he and another guy looked at it. I was told that the tire could probably be patched but since the tire was a bit dry rotted he didn't recommend it, that I should buy a new tire, or a used tire. I said I'm not ready to do that today, I need to think about it. I was then told that I owe $10. I was surprised, I told him I was not told that I would be charged anything. The guy rudely said "How can you come to a place and expect not to pay?" Somehow I doubt he would speak to a male that way. I said, "How can you take off my tire without asking me, or telling me there would be a charge, nor what that charge would be?" He stood There, not putting my tire back on my car. He said I had to at least pay five dollars. Reluctantly I agreed. Go to Goodyear instead. Goodyear looked at my tire, said it wasn't worth fixing, and put it back on my car without trying to charge me anything.

Went there after 6pm & they found out why my tire wouldn't hold air after going to another shop.

They over charged me for used, balled maypop tires. The competitors up the street gave me a better deal. Would definitely not recommend to others

Would give a lower review if I could. They scratched every rim, lost an emblem off one of my rims, and when I asked for two of my old tires back the guy called me an idiot in Spanish as if I couldn't understand him. Go absolutely anywhere else.

I came in to get two worn rear tires replaced. Of the first two tires the guy brought out, one was a lower quality tire and the guy said it was 40 and the other was 50. I asked him to get a different one and he got one and charged 50 for that one too. When I got on the highway heading home, I noticed a loud humming from the right side rear. I went back to the tire place and the guy insisted that it was the left rear and put the lower quality tire on the left rear. He told me that I only had 4 lugs, and I told him that his service man took out 5, I remember because we talked about the missing black caps over three of them. Now the guy says it was already missing and that the lower quality tire was 50 as well. Now I have an unsafe tire, a missing lug bolt, and I'm out the difference in the tire price. The right rear is still humming also. The guy there told me that the owner was the one who worked on my car and refused to give me a card with his name on it.I will now have to go to another tire place and buy another tire, possibly 2 of the right rear is bad too.I asked him to replace the lug, he said no, and that a Multimiler brand tire is the same quality as the Firestone on the other side. This guy doesn't know tires, or he's just a bad business owner.I'll update if I get a resolution, but definitely Do Not recommend going to El Ceibeno Tire Shop of you want to be treated fairly and have a safe car.

They are fast in changing tires. It doesn't matter what size rim or tire they have the equipment and good prices.
