“Great place for concerts and events. Most concerts are great but the prices are getting out of hand at some shows. We have seen several great shows here. The staff is always great and very friendly. Last time the concession prices are up really high so I would recommend eating before hand but they have jambalaya and pretty good food just expensive to eat and drink here.”

“As a person allergic to several food ingredients including soy (causing anaphylaxis) which is used as a preservative, this place LITERALLY saved my life. I absolutely love it. The only thing I dislike is the parking lot (too small pull-out area).”
“I recently started strength training and wanted to try creatine so I stopped by and asked the nice employees what their favorite was and Caleb (that’s the name on my receipt) helped me make a selection and also recommended some amino acids for me to take with it to help with my soreness and aid my recovery. He was super helpful, attentive, and informative. I also signed up for GNC Pro since I would bank quite a few points and I knew I would be due for a new pre-workout within the next few months or so. I’ve never had a bad experience in any GNC and I’ve always had anxiety going into them since I’m a plus size girl and it makes me feel very out of place but they’re always willing to help. So comforting to know that my local GNC always has awesome friendly employees to help me out. Thanks Caleb!!”

“We came for the game opener of the season, Pelicans versus the Knicks. Entry was fairly simple. They had a line for those with bags to clear thru security and another for the bagless entrants. After the security check they scan your ticket and direct you to the left or right to find your section. There were many good options for food and drinks and of course Smoothie King was one. We had chicken tenders, fries, popcorn, sausage nachos, pizza and various drinks. There was even a Hennessy section. The stadium is nice and huge. They had free shorts on each seat for fans. The game was fun to watch and the crowd was so lively. Can't comment on parking.”
“I visit New Orleans a couple of times a year. A must stop is "The Herb Import on Canal" . Customer Service is phenomenal! Product knowledge and assortment are great and so is the coffee at the attached "Sacred Grinds Coffee". I always find something new that I gotta have. Good stuff and I will be back again and again.”

“I go to this location often as it's close to where I work. I always order using the app; sometimes I go to the drive-thru for pickup, sometimes I go in, depending on the drive-thru line. The staff does a great job at getting orders done quickly. They're friendly and, if I have to wait a minute or two when I go in, they always apologize. It's so refreshing to go to a place where the people are pleasant, do a great job with smiles on their faces and get the orders done quickly. I appreciate all that they do, and wish the one closest to where I live was even half as good as this one!! Keep up the great work, and I'll - and I'm sure many others - will keep ordering there!!! “When you are in Ochsners Hospital and order on the app for the smoothie king inside the hospital the app boots the order to this location without giving the option of keeping the hospital location. The girl working at the hospital location is aware of this happening and doesn’t care. She told me to go across the street even though I explained that I could not leave the hospital. Told me to Google the address and insinuated I should know the addresses of the locations. Told her I was from out of state and never been here before. Told me to call them and cancel the order. I called and at first was told it couldn’t be done. I explained what happened and was told just to tell the hospital location that I already paid. Explained that they didn’t care and charged me a second time. The man took my number, called his boss and called back to say they would refund the first charge. That was very nice. To avoid this happening to others they need to fix the app to stop it booting to the other location.”
“Made a visit to Smoothie King on St Charles nice location well kept store employees are polite but my order was wrong and all of the PB swizzle in return I'm not sure what I got I noticed Swizzle include strawberries I received none in the smoothie that was at the bottom was very liquidy as if it was over processed I had some type of reddish type of dried fruit I believe or something that I did not expect to be on the swizzle was disappointed cuz my mouth was ready for what I ordered nevertheless I continued home I was on a Time crunch.”

“This Smoothie King (3515 Veterans Memorial Blvd.) is by far the BEST smoothie king location. Service is provided in a timely manner and their staff are nice. This location always makes my smoothie on point, unlike other areas that can't seem to follow the recipe. This location is drive-thru, but also provides walk-up orders at their front window. I recommend the Muscle Punch smoothie.”

“Walking towards the food court, I found a $5 bill on the floor. First the Saints win against the Bears, then I find money on the floor. Score! Ordered 2 smoothies: 20 oz Mango Kale & Pineapple Surf. The employee said it was cash only (apparently something wrong with cash registers. A technician was onsite to repair them). The employee was by herself and there was a line of 5 parties in back of us. The employee was kind, courteous and had a smile on her face. Customers didn't have to wait long for their smoothies. My mango kale smoothie was tasty, not overly sweet and deliciously icy on a hot November Day. We seated ourselves outside at a table facing the Mississippi River. We always patronize this location and will return on our next visit to NOLA. Geaux Saints!”
“My local neighborhood Smoothie King. This location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. They have all the smoothies I know and love plus they are always staffed with two dependable workers taking orders and grinding out my smoothie orders within seconds of me ordering.”

“Nice place, clean, and have a variety of smoothies. We have Island Impact, Peanut Power Chocolate, and Immune Mixed berry. We all enjoyed them, very smooth. The place needs more workers. The menu on the wall, the ingredients were too small to read and they don't have paper menu. They do have drive through. Prices were good”
