“Lightning strike resulted in the Ethernet port on my PS5 not working. Originally was told the fix should take a couple hours but once they discovered issue was with the motherboard it took longer. Didn’t mind as long as it could be fixed. Prefer it to be done correctly rather than quickly. Took it home and plugged it in and everything is working again. Great work”

“This store is the most helpful and friendly Cellular store I have ever been to. I needed to change the number on one of my phones, and within a few minutes I had my new number. I was asked if I liked free things, and I said that was one of my favorite words. They gave me an Apple Watch. Who does that. They actually seem to care about helping people solve their problems. More stores should be run like this. AT&T could learn some lessons here. I will buy my families next iPhones from the guys at this New Orleans store.”
