I ordered 60 bucks worth of food. I verified the order and placed a delivery order. Upon receiving the order I found out that they had given me boneless wings instead of the traditional ones. I tried to call the store but no one answered. I was on hold for over 2 hours. I then recalled the store number to act as tho I was placing a new order...of course I get someone on the phone ASAP. I dont paying a ridiculous amount of money for the pizza....but for everything us customers are willing to accept or put up with...one would think the store could take the time to make sure that the order is correct. Because I know they were not busy answering the phone lol

The Closing employee was very rude. I do Uber eats and cannot control the time orders are sent to me. He went out of his way to be rude and say they close at 11, which I did not know because I am not employed there. You guys should hire your own drivers if your going to be rude like

On 01/26/2024 I waited almost an hour for 2 one topping pizzas and boneless wings. I didn't realize that the pizzas and wings was over cooked. The pizza was horrible and crispy and the wings was rubbery. If I wasn't in a rush to get home, I would've noticed it before I left Pizza Hut in Westwego Louisiana. I dislike buying fast food and my food doesn't be right and the quality of it isn't good at all. I will not be going back to that Pizza Hut ever again because that's the second time my food was horrible and I will not give it a chance to be a third time to give me more horrible food. Pizza Hut has me not wanting pizza at all, ever again and I mean no type of pizza from anywhere. And this is coming from someone (me) who love pizza. The quality of my food was really horrible and the wait time for my food was really horrible.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. My ordered never got delivered. When I called and stated I didn’t get my delivery the lady stated they’re closed and I have to call door dash for my refund. The lady that answer the phone at Pizza Hut stated they don’t have any drivers. Food is delivered by door dash. I called door dash they stated I have to call Pizza Hut. I’m so disappointed and I will never order here again. I tried to call back the next day to explain to Pizza Hut what happen with my order. I was always on hold when I call.

Ordered online deliveryI ordered pasta and it was not cooked properly. It looked like milky water with baked cheese on the pasta. Call the manager was rude.

Ordered 2 large three topping pizza's with cheese sticks. No marinara came with the bread sticks. Added to the order were 2 extra marina sauces for $1.50 which were not included. Called management and told them. They never sent out marinara or pepper s and parmisan cheese. I tipped driver well also. Westwego Pizza Hut sucks! ?

Ordered online, waited 15 minutes in store to be waited on..cashier was having problems and other employees just kind of left her and the customers hanging. Several folks just left..wouldn't go there again

The young man that was acting front was very attentive to his customers and his employees. The cook on the The big box was A one and the original sweet chili wings were "I'm getting those again". Thumbs up to everyone.

I come here all the time but this will be my last visit. All around bad experience including wrong order put through from the internet, waiting for my pizza to be remade, to then being forgotten about outside for 30 min. The manager Shannon on duty didn’t handle the situation well at all.

The pizza was nice and warm. And from now on every Pizza Hut in New Orleans should have online (send receipts via email, and etc.). We need to save paper, the Earth, and GEAUX GREEN!!
