This location closes at 9 pmWe arrived at the store @ 8:30 and basically in so many nice words we were refused service by Kody. The excuse was because this is a holiday weekend (thanksgiving yesterday) we would have to pull everything from the back to make a smoothie. It was a prep night in his words, It’s not hot food it’s fruit. I have never heard such a thing ever in life. Just say ou did you feel like making the smoothie before closing I could respect the truth more!

Have to just state that Jennifer being let go is not a good thing as now I will never go back to the Smoothie King again every Friday to pick up 3 smoothies. I tried today to order a Smoothie in drive-thru waiting 10 minutes then went inside and only one person was working it seems and told me Jennifer was let go. He attempted to get the ladies help in the back since so many persons had orders and she seemed to refuse to even help him. I had been going there for over a year and Jennifer always made the business run effectively when she was there. I am a Champion Level Customer and manager for an apartment complex and this message is for Corporate, when you let good employees go your business will hurt and now you have lost over $ 150 a month from us getting smoothies....I was never any sort of friend to her and did not know her last name as she was the manager for several stores including Belle Chase. I wish I knew her last name as I would offer her a position in our company.

Drive thru takes forever to take your order. I just waited 10 minutes to place my order. The lady told me that they don't make a certain smoothie the way I have requested, yet I've never had a problem at any other Smoothie King. I literally asked for no Stevia and to please substitute regular sugar instead....hard request I know.

Terrible customer service. My experience today was horrible. I was rushed to make my order then was given an attitude at the window when I tried to return my item due to it being made incorrectly. Won’t give them any more of my business.

Waited at the box for 5 minutes no one ever came, assumed it was broken. Pulled up & they refused to serve me. Told me to pull around, asked for the manager & young rude girl said “I am the manager” will not be returning.

Whoever the old lady is in the drive through needs to be fired. The last few times I've been she has been so absolutely rude. Not sure why she is so miserable with her life but don't take it out on the customers.

Open, but closed. I guess that's a thing these days. Not sure why people show up to work anymore. Closing time showed 9pm and open sign was on at 8:40pm. Two workers hanging out near the back door. Nobody taking orders with multiple cars waiting in drive thru. Sad work force we have.

Thought I’d have time to get a smoothie for my lunch break “30 min” I work down the street. After waiting for 20 min on one smoothie I just walked out no smoothie or anything.

My view was the back of a truck for 30 MINUTES!!! Their drive through is 1 lane so you have no choice but to wait. I'm not sure what was happening inside.Advice... Go inside! At least you'll be able to leave if it's a long wait.
