I had a few issues with a couple of their electric truck rentals (Chevy Silverado EVs) where the vehicle had high voltage failures. However, the staff worked very quickly and diligently to provide expert feedback and immediate resolution in transferring me to an equal or better vehicle. CJ, the manager at the service road location in Metairie is very smart, respectful and well versed in customer satisfaction and interaction. Tristan and Christian were also going above and beyond to take moments out of their busy life to personally connect with me and empathize with my situation to ensure I get placed in the lost suitable vehicle until I’m 100% satisfied.
