She had a welcoming smile, was professional, attentive, & courteous , & the store was very clean. since both our names are Lydia, we both said, " I ❤️ my name & ? lol. So, my day at Walgreens was fun.?

I absolutely LOVE the pharmacy at this location. A pharmacist, Katelyn, took a little extra time out of her day to call and check on me after being prescribed a new medication. It really means a lot. The store staff always greets you and also willing to help if you’re in need of assistance. Thank you to all the staff at this location for all you do to service your customers!

I was trying to fill a prescription at the River Ridge Walgreens but the medicine was back ordered. They told me I could try another Walgreens, so I called the store in Jefferson and was told the same thing. Next I called the Westwego store. The lady in that pharmacy told me that they were also out of stock, but she said that her system was showing that the Bonnabel store had the medicine. I called the Bonnabel store and had my prescription filled in 30 minutes. My obvious question is, Why didn't the other two pharmacies help me find my medicine?

Best pharmacy ever. I was feeling so sick yesterday they rushed to get me my medication. So thank you! Don’t go to the CVS on central, they’re the worst, save your time and go here :)

These ppl charged me (3) times for ONE transaction. Called & spoke with a male and he said to come in once the transactions are no longer pending and he would take care of it — I CONFIRMED with him if the Bank Ap would suffice along with the paper receipt— he confirmed. Go in and speak with a lady … having the receipt in my hand, which shows the date, time, and price — compared that with my bank app — back to back charges: same place, same price, same date (matching receipt) … this woman tells me that’s not enough proof… mind you, I work FULL TIME, plus go to school, on top of a family to come home to everyday … who in the hell got time to run to a bank just for the same print out you’re seeing on my phone. In todays world - 2023? Where ppl work remote, and handle everything online? What?That’s okay… I’m going to take the time & get them the statement to get what’s rightfully owed to me but I’m transferring everything to CVS and I will go OUT of my way to go to another Walgreens. Never again will me or any of my family step foot in this Walgreens again (well, after I get my money back - lol- then that will be the last time)

Wide entrances and exits. Large parking lot. Friendly employees. Clean store with wide well stocked inventory. No complaints here.

I always stop buy to get stuff here this morning I stopped by to purchase a water. I had to use the restroom I asked if I could please use it they gave me attitude told me to wait I waited 7minutes keep in mind theirs was no one in the store and they told to keep in mind it was only for courtesyexception…. excuse me? I spent money here and pay my taxes and purchased something and you going to tell me this totally unprofessional.
