Be aware that the Nottoway mansion burned down a couple of months back - this isn’t explained on the Nottoway Resort website even when you go to book accommodation (the accommodation is not on the mansion but in neighbouring buildings and so you can still stay). For not being upfront about this - we booked after the fire but were entirely unaware and only found out literally on the way there because of a Google search - so the one star review. Friendly service and good food in the restaurant that was open though.

Just had brunch and it was outstanding! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The chef came out to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. Excellent experience.

Nottoway was AMAZING!! Great rooms, GREAT tour and SUPER NICE staff!! You can't go wrong with a visit to Nottoway.
