The cashier couldn't tell me the difference between the toilet flappers they had. I wasn't sure if it would fitso I asked about return she said if it's not opened.

One guy helping, does very good, very knowledgeable, the other little guy was nice but acted like he was high, the woman at the front counter has a foul mouth, rude and generally a filthy person!!! I hate giving the store a one star rating just because of her, if winnfield home hardware had there stuff organized I would never enter to Ace again!Fire the rude foul mouth woman and have a nice store is my opinion!

Store is not very clean and has a cat walking around. Had the drain hose I need but took me a while to find it.
