They have worst service terrible furniture they don't work with you they stuff run down I do not recommend them at all I been paying on time lost my job they don't work with you then I didn't get all my furniture but I was making payments for it they have no problem doing that but want 2 charge u every day even if u a loyal customer I'd u read this affordable is not the way 2 go

I purchased 2 living room sets from Affordable and was quite pleased with the overall experience, miss the old gang Brian and his crew!!!! Will be going back in a couple of months!

I would give 0 stars. Manager Faith is so rude hangs up in customers face and then have the needed to tell customer that's she don't have time to deal with questions. To me you in wrong field if you can't deal with customers in a professional matter. Faith think she can talk to customers any kind of way. Dylan lies also and can't tell the truth and that what I don't get about affordable and he also lies about calling a customer but never do then the so call manager Faith think she a CEO of a company and they both can't get they lie together.

I hate to sound so negative so I'll try to put a positive spin on this if at all possible. Back in December of 2020 i decided to look around and find a nice karaoke system so i call around to see the best possible place i can do this with covid-19 and my disability i cant drive and im classified as higher risk so i finally get in touch with vicky at affordable home furnishings i let her know my situation and i live on disability so things are very on a very tight budget. So i let her know that i can't afford to pay on it for 10 years so i ask if they do 6 months same as cash and she says we do a 4 months like that i ask what the payments are a month that way and we agree to it and they delivered it a week before Christmas. Well i was short a lil on my very first payment n i ask as long as I pay it off in 4 months it still the same right? And yes was the answer now i got behind a full month but called to get the payoff for the karaoke system and she says its already past the 4 months well at the time I had been late and it felt like it had been past n I didn't think anything else about it until a few days ago but i ended up paying almost $275 over the price we originally agreed upon which i understand late fees but she knew i had recently suffered a debilitating stroke that affected my memory and my vision and i ended up paying almost $850 for a system that was originally $478 cash price and I still have all the messages from the first agreement until the final broken agreement including bank information showing printouts of every payment and me explaining my disability and If I was a smart man I would almost believe they get commission and I got take advantage of. So just be careful if you shop at this particular affordable home furnishings in Winnfield louisiana because everyone was nice but sneaky sneaky ppl.

Would give zero stars if possible...I purchased a washing machine online from Winnfield IN FULL ($457.99 total online price...eventually had to pay an extra $75 but still no appliance received) on June 12. Today is August 8, and to this date I have been offered an excuse every week as to why I still have no washing machine. I have spoken with the manager (Brian) multiple times and every conversation I was promised "in a few more days" or "early next week". I tried to give the store the benefit of the doubt since a lot of retailers have had shipping delays due to COVID. However I was also led to believe I would be receiving the exact washer I had purchased online. Finally 3 days ago after no one in Winnfield store answered, I called Ruston to see if their store could send me a machine...I am a local nurse working with COVID patients and desperately need to have my washer. The manager in Ruston was very helpful and said Brian was out for the week and she was very apologetic that I had waited for so long. So I got a phone call from yet another associate at the Winnfield store who assured me I would get my washer delivered in a few days. But to add insult to injury, I would have to pay an additional $75 for an upgraded model because they can't provide the exact model i purchased online. Now today, which was supposed TO FINALLY be the day I get my washing machine, I am told (at the store's closing time) that once again they can't deliver my machine until Monday. If this is how they treat customers who pay for products in full in advance, I cant imagine financing anything from them. Please don't spend your hard earned money here...I known I won't make this mistake again!!!

They take money from your account without permission even if you dont sign the waiver. Be careful WINNFIELD AFFORDABLE FURNITURE HAS CROOKS RUNNING IT. Not to mention they seem to add to the amount you owe every month. Very poor costumer service. The man that answers the phone is very petty and should probably try growing up before he loses his job. Have a lawyer in mind before doing business with them

I could deal with the slightly aggresive, pay-your-note approach (even though it isn't pleasant, if I'm late, I get it), but when I called to talk to them about a payment arrangement when late last month, they accepted the arrangement I suggested but turned around the next day and took it back. What?! Are we kids? "No take backsies", Affordable. When they tried to take back what they'd agreed to, I refused, told them I was sticking to what we'd agreed upon the day before. They still sent someone to my home the next day. She beat on the door so hard and so long while I was in the shower, my 9 year old daughter thought someone was trying to break in. Guess they think they're the mob. As if the hefty late fees aren't payment enough for a little leeway and security. Oh and not only did I honor the original agreed-upon arrangement, I did it a day early. Once I get this stove paid off, I'll take any future business somewhere more professional.
