I went in the store yesterday totally flustered because my I lost my phone over the weekend and I had to go back to an old phone that I had previously on my account and AT&T would not let me do it online and I went into the store Lewis helped me he was amazing I was so upset and overwhelmed with the whole situation and he calms me down and he helped me he resolved everything for me he is amazing young man and he's a very good asset to the AT&T store in Winfield this is the first time that I've ever been able to receive help in that store and from now on Lewis is my go-to guy thank you so much Lewis

Don't call the store for help they're incapable! They must scan your ID to access your account. So the call service is pointless!

I don’t remember the girls name but she was awesome. The whole staff was very friendly. Took the time to help and answer questions. I’ll definitely be back. Only thing I would say is, their internet kept cutting in and out which was making it time consuming for the person to get my phone up and running. I know it wasn’t her fault, just an inconvenience. Other than that, great experience.

Ebony at the Winnfield, Louisiana store is absolutely wonderful! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a smile! Service is fast and she’s very knowledgeable about the AT&T products and specials.

I did not have problem in the store. The problem is with calling customer service to resolve a issue. Talking to someone over the phone that lies to you about the service and hang up on you. So that is why I had to go into the store. I thank the lady in the store. Keep up the great job. I give you 6 stars.
