Very prompt in service, Destiny knew what she was doing, I was in store, explained my situation, she showed me the displays, I chose my phone, she transitioned all my data over, purchased my otter cover…out of store and gone in 30 minutes…awesome

The worst customer service...all they care about is you buying a new phone...don't try and help fix your existing phone..times are to hard for people right now to be buying unnecessary things.
