CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have had excellent experiences, others have encountered issues with the service and timeliness of their prescriptions. One customer had a fantastic visit, praising the attentive and helpful pharmacist who provided accurate advice. The friendly and professional cashier also went above and beyond to ensure the customer received the best insurance coverage possible. The overall service was described as prompt, friendly, and professional. Similarly, a visually impaired customer found the staff to be very kind and accommodating. A young staff member assisted the customer in finding the desired product, guided them through using the ATM, and even helped with the checkout process. The customer was grateful for the staff's patience and willingness to provide personalized assistance. However, not all experiences have been positive. One customer reported a rude encounter with a staff member, leading to a longer wait time for a prescription. This customer expressed a preference for a nearby Walgreens location. Despite the mixed reviews, the majority of customers seem satisfied with CVS. They highlight the convenience of the pharmacy's text alerts and the friendly, helpful staff who are willing to answer any questions. Overall, CVS appears to provide a generally positive experience for its customers, with some room for improvement in certain areas.
They're ok but just don't get any prescription here. One lady was rude n made me wait longer for my cortisone cream for my eczema. Yeah anyway Walgreens is way closer n more relevant for anything better.
