Unprofessional. Went to pick up my prescription as I do every month just to get told that they “no longer fill” my brand with their provider. Not once did I get a phone call, or any notice whatsoever. Now I am stuck without my medicine that I need. If I could put 0 stars, that’s what I would do.

Worst CVS I have ever been in. Pharmacy staff is rude and think nothing of having you wait in line after line after line. Use the drive up, all the time, to lessen your interaction.

I had an excellent experience at this CVS. I went in to pick up some over-the-counter medicine (like ibuprofen) and a heat compress. The pharmacist was fantastic, very attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and offered accurate, helpful advice.
The cashier at the front was equally amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with my insurance card and made sure she tried every option so I could get the best coverage possible.
Their service was prompt, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this location (Youngsville ).Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

This place is bogus. The pharmacist is a lazy liar. Don't waste your time here. Take your money else where, in a place where they value their customers. I'll definitely be going to a private owned pharmacy for medications and Walgreens for anything else I used to get from CVS. I spent a ridiculous amount of money and time in this CVS to be denied my medication refills. My Dr is in Lake Charles they say they can't refill my meds I've been on for 20 years due to distance. My dad gets prescriptions filled from Houston Texas. Hmmm🤔
Not anymore. You've been boycotted from this family

I am visually impaired and need help reading labels and doing other business at CVS. I found a young man and the over counter items and asked him to help me find Benadryl brand liquid pills. I could not find them because of my vision he was very quick to help me and polite and I mentioned when she found them that I needed to go use the money machine to get my allowance from my bank account in order to pay for the few things I got. He walked to the front by the door with me and I didn't even see the slot to put my card in right so he directed me how to do things and I was able to get what I needed. About 3 years ago I could do all this on my own but that's how my vision is today he was so nice and did all of that with a smile and it was very polite to a senior citizen lady asking for his help when we went to check out he was the one that opened the registered to check my 4 items out. I hope y'all have a way to verify his name and be sure to acknowledge Him for the great job he did helping me from finding the items getting the cash out of the machine and paying him at checkout.I greatly appreciated all of his kind help.

Pharmacist couldn’t take time to put a label on eyedrops for us 30 mins before closing on a Saturday night. Karma coming for her as she rolled her eyes and said it takes 30 mins for them to get electronic scripts.

CVS Youngsville, LA is the worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Lost 2 months of scripts I turned in, after asking if would keep on file. I'm on day 6 of waiting for refill and Absolutely REFUSE to offer any help, so had to track down another CVS which carried. Actually called another branch which supplied information they wouldn't to help me. Please do you and your family a favor and seek somewhere else, even if it's location is convenient. NEGATIVE STARS if were available.

I really have to end my business with CVS. My doctor calls in the meds, on the day they should be filled the pharmacist tell my doctors nurse that they still have no RX. The nurse called me and tells me all that went on. This is not someone who should be in this line of work. I will contacting. The Board of Pharmacology.

They're ok but just don't get any prescription here. One lady was rude n made me wait longer for my cortisone cream for my eczema. Yeah anyway Walgreens is way closer n more relevant for anything better.

The service is abysmal, akin to a funeral home. The technicians are dreadful; they seem to loathe their jobs or their lives, displaying snarky attitudes and passive-aggressiveness. It's a pitiful demonstration of customer service, lacking even an ounce of decency. I strongly advise seeking prescription refills elsewhere and shutting down this branch altogether.

Horrible costumer service!!! I when there to re fill a pre pay card with $300 and pay a fee of $3.99. So I give everything to the cashier and she counted the $300 in $20 bills plus my fee. And she said again $300 plus fees right? So she processed and gime my receipt and I didn’t even look at it. Just as I was getting out of my vehicle at home I saw that receipt said only the $100 plus the fees so I checked my pre paid card and in there was only the $100 dollars. So I call the pharmacy she was the one answering and I told her what happened and she said oh I’m sorry I remember yes I don’t know why I did that. But you have to come back to the store to get it resolved. So another young lady was there with her at the time I arrived. And I told them if I can please have the $200 put on my pre pay card. And they told me sorry but you have to pay the fees again if you want this $200 dollars in your card. After I pay for a full transaction they wanted me to pay again, I have already pay for the full transaction. That’s ridiculous, I know is only $3.99 but what about if that is missing from you pay check? Very unprofessional, and make me drive back from my home and wanting me to pay again for their mistake. So I just got the $200 and left. They still make me lost the 3.99 because I had to go somewhere else and do it. I will never going back to this cvs store again, should had read al the bad reviews here before going!!!
