I would like to say that Jaelyn M at the Zachary location is an outstanding asset to AT&T. When you walk in the store, she greets you and asks, " What brings you in today?" Checks you in all while still helping her customer. When Jaelyn finished her customer she finished setting up my new device. She is a multitasker. Don't miss a beat and gets the job done. Very friendly and helpful. Will ask for Jaelyn everytime. She deserves a RAISE!!

AT&T in Zachary LA. Service was very professional and friendly, I walk into the store to get an update sms card, my wait and service was between 3-5 minutes. "Great job you guys"

A complete JOKE! Will provide conflicting information just to get your money. PATHETIC! When you call them out on it, they don't stand on what they say. Was offered a trial to determine if I wanted to switch to At&t Fiber. Prices are good yet the service is horrendous. CHARLIE G is the associate who helped and LIED about everything that was going to transpire. Didn't even use the service, but once due to lack of connection yet the agreement that was offered is not being honored. Highly suggest not even using or even trying anything with this company yet the associates at this location.

Jaelyn assisted me and took care of the reason I came in. She greeted me and asked how she could assist me. She was very courteous and upbeat. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed even when there were other clients walking in. I give Jaelyn a ??! Thank you Jaelyn for assisting me!
