Purchased a box of eight coil-packs (Duralast, LIFETIME WARRANTY) several years ago for my Ford truck. Two of the coil-packs failed so I went to the AutoZone in Zachary. I brought the box with sales-receipt for proof of purchase and gave them to an AutoZone employee. After he made numerous attempts, he finally found my information in the computer. I requested the two failed coil packs be replaced and no refund was necessary. This employee told me that I needed to take the other 6 GOOD coil-packs off the truck and put them in the box before he could replace the two bad ones because they were purchased as a set. What a stupid statement! I stated, So, the lifetime warranty is no good on a bundle of coil-packs unless they all go out at the same time, and he said "YES". Another stupid statement! I ask for a manager, and he said he was the manager. WOW! This is the second time I had trouble with the Zachary store honoring the Duralast LIFETIME WARRANTY. I am done with the Zachary AutoZone. I gave a 1-star because this site would not allow anything lower.

Mr Cam and Mr Darian are heaven sent and THEY need raises. Not sure if that store would survive if they ever left. After going back and forth trying to retrieve an invoice that would not show up with name, number or pin, Mr Cam along with assistance from Darian and figured out how to find exactly what we needed. They never had an attitude, though it was confusing initially. Once it was figured out, they really showed a sense of relief, whereas anyone else would have walked away, jumped on their phone or tried to avoid us by going to another area in the store, especially being women. I really commend these gentlemen for being the standard of not just customer service and support, but great people. These men worked tirelessly and made sure we got exactly what we came looking for and I will be forever thankful.

I only go to AutoZone whenever I can't find the part at O'Reilly's. AutoZone employees tend to NOT know their own parts and tend to have little knowledge on cars in general.

customer service in there needs improving. not like was 5 years ago. staff not really experience. took key fob in there change battery both staff try pry open the key fob try open it by twisting the fob didnt work they gave up . after you tubing open key fob found out opens at the top. thank god they didnt break it

As a former Zoner myself, I can say with confidence that Reginald is absolutely what this company looks for in its employees. Everything from greeting his customers upon arrival to helping carry your purchase out to your vehicle, he's on it! Very knowledgeable, punctual, focused and patient. He makes sure you have everything you need to do the job right! Kudos to you AutoZone for having such an outstanding member on your management team! I drove past Ace Hardware, Napa, O'Reilly's and Harbor Freight just to get a 13mm box wrench from your establishment, all because of Reginald...Thank you again kind Sir for your Legendary, 5 Star Customer Service!
