This pharmacy is so unorganized. Very silly and rude people work here.

I requested a refill on Monday and stopped by on Saturday to pick it up. I was asked to come back 15 minutes later as it wasn’t ready. I asked why as it had been 6 days since I entered the refill request and the reply was, “I don’t know. We are very backed up.” No apology, no nothing. Unacceptable to not have a refill ready after 6 days. This is the second time this has happened after starting to use this pharmacy a mere few weeks ago. I’ll be moving my business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience; both customer service wise and given this being a national chain with all resources at their disposal to deliver the best patient experience possible.

I had scheduled a covid test and had to wait over one hour. They were taking about 30 minutes per car. There were two lanes which stated they both were full service. I was in the outer lane. When it was my turn, she said that they were only doing covid testing in the inner lane. I pointed out nothing from cvs stated i had to use the inner lane and they had sign that said that both were full service. covid testing is a SERVICE. She told me i had to get back in line for the inner lane which would of been another hour at least. Totally incompetent. Grow elsewhere for any of your needs. Short the stock. All the staff should be fired.

Terrible pharmacy. I'd rather go to another business but I went here because my insurance prefers CVS. My prescription was sent in 3 hours before I came. I waited in the doctors office while they faxed it over. Showed up to pick it up and it was never filled. I was told that it would take 30 minutes. After the 30 mins it still was not ready. Ended up waiting for an hour for something that should have been ready. This has happened to several people today from other conversations I heard. Just ridiculous the amount of time you have to spend waiting around because people aren't doing their jobs. Terrible customer service.

I like this pharmacy. The pharmacist and the techs are NOT super human. No one is! They always are super down to earth and offer good advice. They can only work as fast as they can. Give them some patience, and you'll see. I was personally afraid they were going to run out of the medication I NEEDED the night before my doctor was in the office the next morning- so I kept calling them to get their opinion about whether they might run out. They NEVER GOT ANNOYED with me. That is true character. Keep up the good work :)

I used this pharmacy for the first time and I probably won't use them again. They didn't have my medicine ready and told me I had to wait 7 more days because they didn't transfer the prescription. It took them 26 minutes in the drive thru to get it straightened out. Once she'd rung it up I asked why it was so expensive and she said "contact your insurance company". LOL. They didn't even run my insurance. I had to ask questions to determine that. Such a bad experience.!!

This pharmacy is slow most the time. I heard they are being sold so maybe that's why I just don't know, they are friendly and polite maybe they are over worked or something but they SUCK

When CVS opened in Zachary I would have recommended them to anyone, but now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!! The service is horrible and about 95% of the pharmacy employees have horrible attitudes. I have young children so when they're sick and their doctor sends over a prescription at 9 in the morning I need it to be ready before 7 or 8pm!!! I understand being busy but I've never been to a pharmacy like this.

I had to switch to CVS because of my insurance. I've been twice to get refills and both times it's been a hassle. What's the point of approving a refill over the phone if it's not going to be ready when promised. I got here only to have to wait another 20 min. I may change locations to see if the service is better.

This is a really nice, new CVS. They have really nice Buggy's where the front is a "car" the kids ride in. It has plenty of parking, and a drive through for the pharmacy. I loved their greeting card aisle, it was large and had a great variety. As far as food items go they had a couple frozen pizzas, and some sodas, as well as candy. I really enjoyed how quiet it was, I don't know if it's like that all of the time but it seems not to many people know about it.
