So far my experience has been good. My prescription is usually given in singles instead of larger bottles, which is a little inconvenient. But other than that I never wait too long when I go. And staff is friendly enough

You know the DMV in Zootopia? The one run by sloths? Yeah… this place makes those sloths look like cheetahs.

I know times are hard and it’s difficult to hire good staff but being on hold for over an hour is unexceptional. Big pharma can get away with it because what are we going to do? We can’t go without our medication so they increase profits by hiring less staff. So much for our presidents pledge to fix big pharma.

The pharmacy is GARBAGE!! A prescription that used to be filled the same day now may take 2-3 days… unprofessional and incompetent. No quality workers. This particular pharmacy has gone down horribly!

I truly dislike the pharmacy here. Also the drive thru for the pharmacy is always closed. Have to stand in the pharmacy line 20 minutes before you can even get to the register to receive your prescription.

I had the experience of checking out at CVS without a clerk at any register.Checkout machines were available as Cash Only or Credit/Debit card only.I chose the Cash, but got stumped during my process. The clerk nearby assisted me quickly, was helpful, kind and polite. This experience assured me it may be the norm as stores are not stocked with extra employees at this time.I appreciated the help of this clerk and the check out registers ran smoothly & quickly for the heavy presence of other customers.Well pleased! Clerk should be commended as he was also helping a customer on the phone with questions about mailing a package. He was kind and helpful and patient to that customer as well.

The store is poorly lighted at night. :Not safe. The other issue is the total self checkout which works except when you check out with something age sensitive like cough syrup. Than a clerk has to come enter your birthday which defeats the whole purpose of self checkout.

I normally don’t do reviews but I always read them this pharmacy is one of the worse very incompetent you wait in the drive through line over 30 minutes even if they aren’t busy no concern or consideration it’s Really ridiculous I thought it would get better after living here a year but obviously management doesn’t CARE either currently waiting in the drive through as I write this ….

I'm beyond frustrated & ready to look for another pharmacy. I went in yesterday, 9/13/22, to have an Rx transferred (just moved here from TX). They took all my information & said they'd have it ready by 8pm. I wasn't able to return until today only for them to tell me they have nothing. **What was done with my information? They take all my information again. This time, they say they don't even have the medication in stock. Poor communication, poor organization. Two qualities that inject doubt in my mind over their competence. ?**update**I received a text notification that my Rx was ready. I return to the pharmacy to pick it up only for them to tell me they don't have anything for me. Incompetence at its finest! ?? save yourself a headache & find a different pharmacy.

The outdoor trash receptacle is ALWAYS overflowing onto the sidewalk and parking area is never, ever swept. The Store reflects the managements competence. Dull and dirty.

I requested a refill on Monday and stopped by on Saturday to pick it up. I was asked to come back 15 minutes later as it wasn’t ready. I asked why as it had been 6 days since I entered the refill request and the reply was, “I don’t know. We are very backed up.” No apology, no nothing. Unacceptable to not have a refill ready after 6 days. This is the second time this has happened after starting to use this pharmacy a mere few weeks ago. I’ll be moving my business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience; both customer service wise and given this being a national chain with all resources at their disposal to deliver the best patient experience possible.Update: my last prescription with CVS, which was a controlled item that my new pharmacy declined for transfer, was requested on a Saturday. I noticed days later in the app that it still showed pending. I tried to call the store three times, on hold for a total of two hours with no one ever answering. I then went into the store Friday to pick it up—seven days after requesting—and it was still not ready. I had to wait 80 minutes for one, thirty count script to be filled. The main pharmacist is rude and showed no empathy or care. You would think a pharmacist contributing to a patient lapsing on their medication would be a concern, but she exhibited no feelings whatsoever. I tried to engage CVS Corporate and they refused to help me, telling me to deal with the store directly. You would think they’d be interested in hearing and addressing feedback regarding their pharmacies, but apparently not. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used and will never use another CVS again as a result.

They had my prescription for a few days, then said it would be ready in a few hours, and the. They said they wouldn’t fill it. I tried to call to find out why and waited on hold for 30 minutes before they hung up on me. What a horrible waste of time. I switched to a local pharmacy that actually has people who respond and pick up the phone.

Horrible customer service. Incredibly long wait times only to be told your meds are not ready when promised. Very disappointed. Will be seeking another pharmacy.

Choose another option in Zachary. The staff in this pharmacy is completely incompetent and could not care less about you or your care. Three visits to try to get one prescription. Every time "It will be ready in an hour." I don't know about other people but I do not have the time to spend an hour walking around a small drugstore so I told them to go ahead and fill it and I would be back the next day. The next day? You guessed it. "It will be ready in an hour." If you value your health or your time, go somewhere else.
