I got Mr. Peterson as an agent in 2024. I decided to go back to my original agent, I had been with for over 25 years. In retaliation, Mr. Peterson decided to rewrite my policy without my permission or knowledge. Left me in a financial bind.

After 7 years - James Ray Peterson lost me due to extreme poor customer service from the Zachary office!! However, it was a blessing in disguise, because Progressive saved me 60% of what I was paying Allstate!

Very friendly staff with Donna, Bridget (BB) and Brittney. I decided to switch because my previous homeowners insurance company were raising my premium rates. I also spoke to the agent James Peterson who was very helpful on the selection of my new policies.After shopping several local agencies, I found that Allstate was very competitive with their insurance rates.BB helped me narrow down the best coverage for both my new Homeowners and auto policies. I have more coverage now for less than what I was previously paying before.I will also transfer my current flood coverage to Allstate.So, if you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff with great rates, so be sure to go by and visit there office.Gerard C.

Since coming to this insurance company, I have had nothing but bad experiences. Loss after loss and they give you the run around. I have roadside assistance, so I called to have my car towed. They gave me the run around for 2 days straight, hung up in my face and didn’t tow my car. So my car ended up in the impound.It cost me 758.00 dollars to get my out. When all I would of had to pay was 100.00 for the deductible. I added full coverage sign the papers, they took pictures. The car had a dent on the trunk and windshield was cracked which was how I brought the car. So the other day the brakes went out long story short, Here i am calling the insurance company again and for her to tell me, I don’t have full coverage! First she said I got an email that I never got then said I should of got a letter from the adjuster that I never got. Not a phone call or anything! Just another loss!
