I entered this store on 11/25/2022. On one register there was an employee dealing with a disgruntled customer. There was another standing and leaning on the lottery machine. The other which was the open register, I did not see at first. All three were talking to the customer. However, I stood there about three minutes before I actually saw the third employee. She was leaned over her register with her phone in hand texting. Over all when she finally asked me to step forward, she provided great service. Nothing upsets me more than someone texting and ending that conversation before helping the customer. Please get it together Murphy.

Went to get gas on April 1 and the cashier said my card declined. So I had to pay in cash not know at the cashier pocket my money. So know I am out of 40.34 Manger there is not better then cashier she is talking up for them. They all need to be fired. When all of this is over with they all need to go to jail.

Employee tried to charge me 38 cents to get ice in my own cup. That's just plain STUPID... at Murphy's if you bring your own cup ice is FREE... always has been
