On June 10, 2025 I came to Neighbors on Howell Boulevard in Baton Rouge to get a copy of my bank account number. Ms. Sheila A. Jarrels was the accountant to assist in helping me get the information that I needed. Ms. Sheila was professional, informative, nice and had a very sweet sense of humor. Ms. Sheila stayed minutes passed closing hours to help me set up my online banking and not one time did I feel rushed. While being helped by Ms. Sheila I felt like I was talking to one of my Aunties because she was just so down to earth and I really appreciated her time and professionalism. Neighbors Federal Credit Union Ms. Sheila is the real deal. I've been a member of Neighbors since 2018 and everybody that has helped me in the pass has always been profession and nice but Ms. Sheila is in a class by herself. THANK YOU MS. SHEILA

Sheila Jarrell was very helpful in assisting me with wiring money. It had been years since I’ve had to go inside Neighbors to conduct business. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. The greeter went above and beyond with a courteous attitude and conversation. She let me know the estimated time when someone would wait on me & kept me updated.

Tori Moore was the MSR that assisted my mom and I today. We were opening an account for the very first time. Tori was knowledgeable, patient, and very attentive in assisting us with our account. She made us feel welcomed and it was a great first experience for my mom. 10/10 , highly recommend!

I walked into this branch location Told them my situation I lost my wallet And was in need of getting a new debit card and I didn't have identification I only had my LA Wallet Which had my Driver's license on it Automatically got told no they did not accept it for an ID And was told to come back when I was able to retain my Driver's license I was not a happy camper leaving there with no debit card or couldn't get access to my checking account I end up calling the number for neighbors federal And the lady told me over the phone I should be able to use my LA wallet And if I had any more questions I could reach back out I actually went to another location Told them what was going on and did not have a problem with getting a new debit card using my LA wallet I will never visit Zachary branch again!

They charge you 15 dollars to pay your loan payment with a bank card. Doesn't make sense to charge me money to take my money ?

Have been banking with Neighbors since 2006. Professionalism, courtesy and friendly, Neighborly conversation. They know their stuff and will go out or their way to help you with it.

I've banked with NFCU for 24 years and have never been disappointed. There was a little delay waiting for my receipt to print the other day because they were so busy. I enjoyed my brief little chit chat, while waiting, with an extremely kind teller, Markala Lewis.

What else can I say...the Zachary branch is awesome!!!! Even though the lobby itself is still closed, you still get the same friendly, courteous service as if you were face to face.

Had to do a transaction today in which I needed to talk to someone first. Lobby closed due to construction and 11 cars backed up to talk with a live teller. Glad I Don't bank there. Will be going to your airport location tomorrow.
