have came here 3 times to get stepping stones and takes a act of Congress to get them. Garden Center doors always closed and have to wait on someone to be paged then wait for them to come get the stepping stones to my truck. They sent 2 guys out this time to check my receipt, they go tell someone and come back again to see my receipt. Was called by cashier to tell them to bring them out to my truck. WTH

The level of incompetence at the Zachary, La location is truly astounding!!!! I have spent the better part of a week dealing with floor employees inside the store, customer service reps. In the store and via phone. and mangers. No appeared to have a clue about their products, services, how their systems run, making simple corrections, or having the common courtesy to notify customers, when there is an issue. I would strongly suggest, you do mot shop here unless, it’s your absolute only option!!!

Unless you have time to burn and gas money to waste, never, Never, NEVER trust the info provided on the website!!! It is mostly wrong in regards to the quantities of what is in stock, that ends up not being in stock at all.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If I could give a 0 star I would, I use to get my wood there often and from time to time I would need them to cut it, but i was always told the machine was broke. So I placed an order for smaller size wood so I wouldn't have to ask them to cut it. I received my text saying it was ready. I got there and sent the pick up message n waited 15 min, I decided to go in. I was told that she was going get it, she wasn't sure what was taking so long. She told me to pull my truck to the loading area, I waited another 15 min and yes I was timing myself because I was in a hurry. I called the customer svc and I was hung up on. I called back and the same lady picked up and said that she was walking to the back and said she didn't know what was going on. At this point I'm done i just want my stuff and go and never look back at Zackary Home Depot. Nothing and no one in 20 min this time. Finally I see the lady but no items and she was leaving so I stopped her and she said o they had to get the key they are on the way you should be able to see them though the double doors. OK really I'm done and I just want a refund and go to Lowes go get my wood. I go to customer service and express my experience and she was new on the clock she didn't know what was going on so I explained!! I advised her I paid online and I wanted my money back, she looked at me and said they didn't give me a cash choice and she hit the refund button. So I now have to wait 5 days for my refund and have to take money out of my pocket to repay for wood. This store is horrible!! I escalated to management 2 on duty and they were just as bad as their sorry employees!!!

Borrowed a tractor from them for a job and found after I got it out to the jobsite it had a flat tire and a hydraulic leak, which made the backhoe unusable. After calling the office was told to call a number on the tractor for service. Number not on tractor, returned it to the office and asked for a refund as I was unable to use the tractor and was told I am being charged for four hours of use.

I purchased a Samsung dryer they delivered it on April 17 dryer stopped working on April 28 and the store manager said it was nothing they could do they don't have any store warranty and Samsung is giving me the run around on a repair I also purchased a Samsung washer and a electric stove from home depot never again Thanks for nothing home depot

Do Not Make A Purchase in the Tool Rental Department! On March 18th I bought a used trailer from the Tool Rental Department at the Zachary Home Depot. They did not have the title and I was told to call the next day. The next day the person in the Tool Rental Department told me it wasn't their job to order the title. After multiple failed attempts I finally gave up and asked for a refund on April 2nd. After an initial attempt to brush me off via an associate; Tom, the Tool Room Manager, finally spoke to me. He then told me the title was my responsibility to retrieve from the DMV. He actually told me I was supposed to take my receipt to the DMV and they would issue the title! Complete nonsense! After I asked him to explain how that would work he began to change his story. He then told me he couldn't restock the item so I was stuck with it. After escalating things to the Store Manager I was again told I was stuck with the trailer because they had no way to restock the item. I asked the Manager, Dawayne Gates, for the name of his boss. He said he couldn't give that information! After calling the 800 number I was given the District Managers name without hesitation. I left the store without the trailer seeing that there STILL is no title! Neither of the Managers tried to offer a solution or any gesture for the total hassle and waste of time this has been. Furthermore, Tom lied to his boss in front of me with regards to ordering the title. He said it was ordered immediately which I know to be false through numerous contacts with the store. They have a $1000.00 of my money and I have no trailer. I had to borrower a trailer from a friend. I am waiting to hear from the DM to resolve this.
