The newer dark skin sweetheart was very helpful and kind, not typical of this location, she did her best but the only shipping option was 159dollars for a letter to ship to Mexico next day.. unhurd of but it needed to go. And in to of that, they didn't offer insurance or any kinda reimbursement. It was just unheard of, and they make you sigh. Waivers pretty much to your rights, that they are not responsible. They should at least have some compation as a company.But I got it shipped. So if it gets lost in one day ima be pissed.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I used this location to overnight my brother’s passport because he lost his wallet. The tracking number only says label created but they claim it was picked up from the store. All they can do is file a claim they said. A refund doesn’t help at all. Incompetence at its finest. If you want your package to arrive do not ship through this location.

So, basically they shut their registers down early for shipping. They claim they only do Amazon returns between 6:20-6:30. I wasted my time and gas trying to make it to the store before 6:30, and actually did, only to be told they couldn't ship my items! I'm so pissed!This is unprofessional. If you close at 6:20, then say that!

Shipped two packages out to families living in Canada, the prices were cheaper to send the UPS, instead to USPS.

Years ago this store was neat, tidy, and clean. Good workers that were helpful. Now there's ups boxes stacked from floor to ceiling to where you can barely walk. Workers don't speak to you or stay on their phones. Counters cluttered. Horrible. Wish I knew who managed it now. Sad.

As I have done many times before I used this location to return my packages. This last time I took my prescription glasses in to return to Lenscraft. This was Oct. 25, so by October 31 the glasses were no where to be found. Lenscraft didn't refund because they never received the glasses. UPS still can't tell me what happened. If 1 package has 2 tracking numbers and neither of the tracking numbers have been scanned since being made. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what happen to a $500 pair of glasses. I am still waiting on owner to return my call.

Customer service is horrible . I went here on 11/3/2022 after work around 515 pm just to get se paperwork faxed off. I said Goodevening , the African American girl with the puff didn't speak back nor did the blonde hair one. I asked a question she ignored me and make a snarky remark to the blonde about how many papers I was faxing off.... I reported them and I will not stop until I get confirmation that something was done about it .

No idea how this store stays open. Made a call on a Saturday morning to find out about Antistatic materials to package equipment. The girl said "We have, brown boxes?" then laughed. When I further described what I was looking for she replied with "No, we don't carry anything like that." She didn't even pretend to go and look to see what was available. Had no desire to assist. So I'm going to another place that actually assists, and doesn't make you feel silly for asking a question.

Terrible customer service. The blonde girl that works behind the desk is terrible. I went in to ship a package to Canada and she told me that there was no way that I could do that in the store. She just didn’t want to help me. I’ve worked in customer service as well as shipping and receiving and have had coworkers that are just like her. It’s annoying bc you walk into UPS on your off Saturday hoping that you can ship out an important package but I guess not. This is exactly why I never use Ups.

Some of them are so rude and the lil girl in there is very rude.. she does not need to be working behind anyone register. She is unprofessional I call it‼️
