This Walgreens Pharmacy is the worst. They send messages that prescriptions are ready, then when you get there they say not ready. Most of the representatives at the registers are not in the least friendly. You should understand I'm referring to the Pharmacy.

Easily the worst Walgreens across Louisiana. EVERYTIME there is an issue, the pharmacist and workers sit back there and talk about people all day I don’t even think scripts get filled here. You can never find a cashier up front. Unprofessional, rude. They need to start sending in uncover corporate workers to assess the capability of there staff. Service is so poor.

This Walgreens location holds a special place in my heart. Their attitude, pace and work ethic would easily be surpassed by a jaded, bitter and indignant sloth employed be the federal government. They celebrate poor service. Everyday. All day. Why am here. Do I really need my medicine that bad? It's just streptococcus....Maybe I can slam some vitamin C and Gatorade and power through. Hmm. Sounds like the best option right about now. How can it take this long to receive and fill amoxicillan? Is this place government subsidized? Wait, I think I just heard a dial up tone... maybe that's my prescription being called in. Hold on, is that Morse code. Yep 3 long 4 short, and the miserable being behind the bullet proof glass just scowled at me. That's mine for sure. She screwed up. Now she knows that I know. They will have to acknowledge receipt. Now that everyone begrudgingly admits the orders have been recieved, it's go time. Wow watch em fly. This is actually impressive. They are communicating and moving side to side behind the counter. Maybe I was wrong about them all along. And wait...nope...Just a mass smoke break... dang. I really thought this was going to happen. Wait, I'm getting a call. Ahh yes, my savior of a wife just had the local pharmacy in Jackson transfer the orders and fill the prescription. This literally took place in a 30 second time frame. It took McDonalds pharmacy 30 seconds to do what Walgreens in Zachary could not do in 5hrs. Why am I surprised. Never again. This was fun.

Go to any other pharmacy your insurance will allow because it was easy to see they don’t care about their customers here. I called a few hours earlier to make sure they administered the TDAP shot. I was politely informed they did and could come anytime before 9pm. I arrived at 7:30pm, right after work, waited in like for 25 min (was only behind one person), arrived at the window for her to rudely Inform me that I have to come back tomorrow because they are about to close … IN AN HOUR! It was 7:56 and they close at 9pm and yes I showed her the clock.
If they didnt want to give vaccines an hour before closing they shouldn’t have welcomed me to come any time before 9pm over the phone. I believe they just didn’t feel like it at the time. Even a small explanation or an “I’m sorry” would have gone a long way for me but this lady was annoyed that I even asked about it arriving an hour and a half before closing.

They are very un professional, rude,and racist and told me that they could not fill my script because I haven’t filled at that Walgreens recently so I told her I’ve never heard of that policy because I’ve filled at Walgreens all over the state and she told me that’s just there policy in Zachary. Sounds like a discrimination lawsuit to me.

I have been waiting in drive through line for almost and hour. I have never been to a pharmacy that moves this slow. This is crazy to have to sit on line for almost an hour for your prescription

Ok usually I wouldn’t even entertain this review, however, as a working mother and community member I feel the need. I went in there tonight at 10:15; only for the girl at the register checking herself out, told me very rudely- We close at 11. Now, never mind, that you were shopping while you were on the clock, however, I came in there after my work shift, and after being a parent to buy necessities for my family. I walked down one aisle, and was so offended that I merely walked up to the front desk and told her, our patronage pays your paychecks. Not only did this self entitled little brat, be very rude, vague, and ugly, I decided to leave my $120 transaction at the counter to go wherever else would appreciate my money. Whoever this little girls manager is, they should be embarrassed, and ashamed. Leader ship starts from the top, your staff is completely ignorant and intolerable.

Easily the worth Walgreens, if you or your insurance can send your meds literally, anywhere else, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.Was contacted by them this morning to tell me a Rx was ready… 9 1/2 hours later it was never processed and they didn’t have it in stock. Sadly, this is typical for them.

Worse Walgreens in Louisiana ! Need to invest into better management. Google say it closes at 12am but the doors are locked by 10. Never update me when my medicine is ready ! This suppose to be the only store in Zachary open til 12 and isn’t never open so if I need anything important I have to drive to Baton Rouge which is very aggravating due to the drive is 30 minutes from my house. This Walgreens needs to be closed down worse place of business in Zachary

They open and close the pharmacy whenever they feel like it. Closed when the sign says they should be open.

The pharmacy clerks are extremely rude and short tempered. The app doesn’t match what’s happening in the store. I’m changing all my medical information to another pharmacy. I was talked to very rude by the pharmacy. I hate giving them even one star. GARBAGE!!!!!!! Needs to be under new management or ownership.

If I could put a zero review I would. Spent several hours waiting on child's prescription and then told my child wasn't covered under our insurance. The problem was that they deliberately misspelled the name (they finally got it right after correcting them 3 times). The employees hate their job and make it known. Never go here!
