Acton Fair is your typical very small town fair, they have the food trucks with fried dough, French fries, sausage subs, etc., the barns with judged fruits and veggies, truck pulls, a few games, some rides and local farmers animals. Parking is in a field, if it has rained, wear boots, it WILL be muddy. It's nothing to write home about, but if you're looking for something to do that will only take about an hour, this is your place.

Had the best fried clams I've had in years. Couldn't do much, though. I only had a credit card and it was cash only for the whole fair except the fried clam place.

It was my first time here, so I expected it to be a whole lot bigger, but for its size it was ok. Lots of livestock, didn’t see any horses though. Prices for food and snacks were kind of high for me. Lots of crafts. The rides seemed adequate and parking was reasonable. Many antique cars and trucks, I mean hundreds of them

Beautiful fairgrounds! Went here to the Ren Faire a few weeks ago and had a lovely time! There were so many cool things to see! Hopefully I’ll be back again next year! :)

★★★★☆I recently visited The Acton Fairgrounds and overall, it was a delightful experience. The parking fees were a bit on the expensive side, but what made up for it was the unexpected entertainment I encountered. As I made my way through the fairgrounds, a squealing pig suddenly ran past me, which caught me off guard and made me burst into laughter. It was definitely a memorable moment!Aside from that amusing incident, the fairgrounds had a great atmosphere with numerous attractions and activities to enjoy. There were plenty of food stalls offering delicious treats, and the various exhibitions and shows were truly impressive. The only downside I encountered was accidentally stepping in a mud puddle, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the overall positive experience overshadowed this minor setback.I would definitely recommend visiting The Acton Fairgrounds, as it offers a unique and entertaining experience for all ages. Just make sure to bring some extra cash for parking and be mindful of mud puddles!I hope you have a wonderful time at The Acton Fairgrounds!

Went to the Acton fair with my daughter. She had a blast as they have a carnival like experience now. Never did when I was younger. Easy to find and get around in too!!

We went to the Renaissance fair on it's last day this year and had a Grand time. Lots of vendors with something for everyone. It was hugely attended and it seemed like everyone had a wonderful time. Very friendly vendors. Free parking. Costumes were worn by pretty much everyone. We will be back next summer.

Sadly, it's flooded after yesterdays much needed rain. We arrived from NH to find a sign on the gate....as we walked past the gate onto the fairgrounds, it was a mud pit! Ponding water too deep to walk through and to walk around you had to walk around booths, stands, buildings etc. If you plan to attend... I strongly encourage you to know BEFORE you go!!! ...and wear high muc boots. Enjoy fair season! ?

Recently had the Acton Fair going on. It was so much fun, between the tractor pull and the pig scramble my son was smiling the whole time!

Great little fairMany vendors cash only and wish they would have taken cardNot a lot of picnic tables or places to sit and eat - not a lot of shade and very very hot due to the beating sunOverall great fair only recommendation is to add somePicnic tables and add a tent over them for some shade as it was only 75 degrees today but having the sun beating down made it feel like 100Also smoking areas were not far enough away from others and the bathrooms only had bad soap which is nasty. I ended up coughing a lot from the smell of cigarettes and weed

Lots of food, lots rides for the kids, many farm animals in competition. Local business booths. Just what a well organized country fair should be. Plenty of parking and plenty to see very reasonable.
