“Back on August 7th 2025 I was lucky enough to be in eyesight of Martin's when I stopped to check a brake warning light on my dash. I knew it wasn't good with dripping brake fluid underneath. Joe got me in by the end of the day to assess the needed work, ordered everything that might be required to arrive by morning - just in case - and had me running and gone at noon the next day. I placed my trust in Joe as I was traveling in the area and was completely at ease with his explanation and dedication. Not only did my wife and I get our vehicle repaired, we were given royal treatment in our 24 hour stay with hospitality, trust, recommendations for food and home phone numbers. Kim is the first face you see at Martin's. Kim was beyond helpful and so personable - not only to our time at Martin's but witnessed with her interactions with customers in person and on the phone. Our cost was expected, the work was clean and amazing, the people were fantastic, the Library is an amazing building and the history is a book in itself. Clarke Finley's Farm Stand at the four corners was perfect for fresh supplies as was Mills Market for a hot breakfast. You won't be disappointed with Martin's - and Andover ME was a great place to suffer a break down (without the suffering).
