Second time around - I was told when I first signed up that if I wanted to add months to my lease I would get the same rate. Not the case. They increase their rates to the “market rate”. Felt like it was a bait and switch.

Corporate Extra Space Storage tried to raise the monthly rate only 9 months after a previous increase. I called my local facility. Stan said he would recommend no change to his district manager and call me back. Within an hour, he called back to inform me that there would be no rate change. Excellent customer service. Corporate needs to make fewer smaller rate increases to earn the 5 star.

Marsha at Life Storage is both kind and professional. She kept us up to date with an update to the unit, helped us solve access issues when we needed a new key after office hours and instilled confidence in the security and professionalism of this storage business.
