Ever since they became a Bigger credit Union, they have forgotten about their customers. You can't even get a $500 loan unless you have a 700 credit score. I also got scammed by a company. And they refused to do anything to get my money back. I have never had a bank do that before. Avoid this bank at all costs if you actually care about your money.

I went to the bank last week and the drive thru was closed. I went today and used the drive thru to deposit 2 checks. Sat there for at least 5 min which felt like 20 because no one had the courtesy to acknowledge I was even there. Along with someone in the bay beside me that had been sitting there when I got there. No one acknowledged them either until I asked the other car if anyone was helping them and then all of a sudden someone comes over the intercom saying they are helping the people inside. First come first serve is what I think. No matter inside or drive thru. The longer I bank here, the more I don’t like them. Their hours aren’t great. Maybe they need more employees and ones that work together for the customer. The people in offices should be helping if there is a line of customers.

Recently tried to open up a joint, checking with my husband as this is the closest bank to our home. We figured it would be great to get ourselves established with the credit union as we are opening a new business… I figured it would be easy it has been everything but that, a week later we are told that our account is not open and that they would not open us a business account, unless we had been a member for a year. This bank is not neighborhood friendly or business friendly… I have owned a business in this area for the past nine years and I thought that it would be great to use a Bank close to home and a credit union… Unfortunately, we will not be using this bank, nor will we ever recommend it.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REFINANCE WITH INFINITY. I was promised a lower monthly payment.. fast forward 2 months and nothing had happened. pulled my credit 3 times. then went back on their statements and promises. Hands down the most painful experience i have had with a bank. Going to be cancelling my bank account here. 0/10 stars

Online banking system outage for weeks, maybe there's a new app, who knows. Either way it's all entirely unacceptable way to treat your customers.EDIT after response (because apparently I can't reply on these; weird)Releasing a new app is the problem. That's not how that's supposed to work. You shouldn't ever change your app ID. You should release a new app under the old ID. That's how every other business does it, and as a software engineer that's how I've done major rewrites in the past.Secondly, we're well after 11/1, I have the new app, and I can't login.

There aren't enough words to express how amazing my experience is with them. They cared about my story and helping me get back on my feet and get a car loan when it looked very grim. I've never felt more heard and respected from any bank or credit union. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Infinity is an awesome credit union but they fail in the area of availability, they have no weekend hours anymore which hurts people who can’t deposit their Friday checks until Monday due to them only being open till 5pm on Friday with no weekend hours

Sitting outside of the Arundel Infinity Federal credit Union, looking on Google wondering why the drive-thru is marked as open but no one is here and it is closed. Constantly disappointed by this Bank. Especially the Arundel branch, if you do bank here always go to Scarborough, and if you don't bank here get an account at Bangor Savings
