I just started taking my vehicle to Todd.I've been dealing with regular dealerships.As long as I've had my vehicle and it's always a pain in the neck to get it in.Or it's always expensive for something that isn't even that expensive.I'm happy that Todd's able to help me out and get my vehicle in and out as fast as he did.I'll definitely be going to him more often.And I am thankful for a local garage.

This is not just a place for great service. They are honest and will not try to talk you into unnecessary repairs. They fix the problem. It's nice to know that you're working with people who will tell you what you need to get back on the road without upselling you on stuff you don't need. I've been to big-box parts changer shops. I recently ran into some car troubles, and both times I was taken care of extremely well, and quickly! Todd & the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have found a shop I trust, and will be coming here with any issues I may have in the future!

This business replaced the lower control arms on a jeep that I bought , less than two months prior they installed the wrong control arms , it drives like a tank every time you hit a little crack in the road it feels like a giant pothole. When I brought it to their attention, they claimed that once the vehicle is sold they do not warranty any of their work, The work was done in less than two months ago, but they said that if I brought it in they will correct the problem at my expense, now why would anybody bring a vehicle back to a place that installed the wrong parts in the first place is beyond me, I literally have more faith in VIP than I do with past and present auto! I would not let them put air in my tires.
