This is a very long story, I'll do my best to just hit the highlights.After The Shop One LLC having my 2020 Ram for over 3 month to diagnose a spudded, they finally find a burnt cylinder. Less tells me I need a new motor, I asked the price and said get it asap, I need my truck back. He's said he'll have it done in 2 weeks.Fast forward, now the truck has been there almost 5 months, less tells me I now owe him even more money. I'm now at almost $20,000, much more than expected. I feel I was paying for the education of Less and his less than qualified staff, so they could fix my truck. Now, unless I pay him the remaining balance in CASH, he won't release my truck. I reluctantly paid to retrieve my truck, which has a check engine light, a strange noise coming from the NEW engine, a container with hoses attached which is not bolted down, an engine compartment with EXCESSIVE heat and poor fuel economy.Not to my surprise, after many, many messages to Less, he will not respond, so to rectify the problems.20k for a 2 week job, not 5 months, which should have Been a 12k job. The job was not done correctly and Less will not stand behind his work.I have asked him to take care of the problem's, so we don't have to go to court but he has still not responded.Run, run away fast!!!Buyer be VERY AWARE!!
