Billed $1890 for service work never performed I brought my truck to Weirs because my it did not start. They told me I had water in the fuel tank and would cost $1000 to drop the tank and drain so, I told to proceed. After, they said I had a bad fuel injector and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1000 so, I said to proceed. Next they told me I had a bad cylinder and need an engine rebuild or a replacement engine. I declined, paid Weirs $1890 and had my truck towed to another mechanic. The new mechanic told me and showed me, video and photographic proof, that the tank was never dropped, the bad fuel was never drained and the fuel injector was never changed. The new mechanic drained the bad fuel and now the truck runs like a champ. I e-mailed the owner and the service manager who both refused to work with me. All my interaction with Weirs Motors service was via phone and I assumed I was being treated fairly and honestly. Beware Weirs Motors Arundel Maine. Jim Clark - Sanford Maine

My family and I are completely disheartened by the lack of accountability from Weirs Buick GMC in Arundel ME. What should have been a happy day turned out to be a very scary and concerning day for my two toddlers, myself and our unborn baby. The vehicle was only a few miles down the road when my rear passenger tire blew out. After a week of fighting and having to ask my Dad to help discuss the issue with multiple people at the dealership they "happily" put new tires on our car. When my husband and I looked at our car it didn't have an inspection sticker on it and when we went to sign paperwork a week later Weirs Buick GMC in Arundel ME put an inspection sticker on it. Once we get our car after they put new tires on I brought my car to get inspected in NH and it's missing a lug nut and the rear wheel bearing is shot and both items make a failed inspection. I again called to speak to management about our concerns in safetly and they have said that they will not replace the unsafe wheel bearing. I hope before you and your family decide to buy from Weirs Buick GMC you think twice!!

I brought my 2015 truck in for a service. The service department told me that I needed $3800 in front end repairs due to worn out parts.
I asked the mechanic if he could show me what was wrong with the vehicle. As the mechanic walked me around my truck, he only then told me that “the parts weren’t as bad as he originally thought they were” (this raised a huge red flag).
I brought my truck to another garage to get a second opinion on the supposed “bad parts”. The second shop told me that all the parts looked almost new to them and that they would not suggest replacing anything at all.

Great people and great service! We have had the pleasure of buying a few vehicles from Josh and Ryan at Weirs over the last few years and these two have made the process smooth and enjoyable. The entire staff is polite and always easy to work with. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see these two!

I picked up my New Sierra 2500 crew on Friday. My salesman Gregg Martinez was really helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure sales . Sales Manager Ryan Martin treated me well on my trade in. He was great to work with. Weirs did a great job installing a new fisher plow as well. Nice clean install.

Had the Privilege of dealing with Mark Gonneville. At the time I was actively looking to upgrade my vehicle and thought I'd give them a shot. Mark was very spotty about returning emails and only made one offer on the deal and when I made a counter offer that was the end of our conversation. Guessing he/they really don't want to try and pick up a new customer

Get service center, bought a used 2015 canyon and was due the 50k service. Did the work at a good price and didn't try to add "extra" service stuff. And nice waiting area too. Nice people. I will be coming back here.

I purchased a new Fisher Plow from Weirs Gmc a couple weeks ago and they couldn't have been was to work with or done better work. My new vehicle isn't their brand and they had no problem working on it at all. Ken was super at answering any questions I had. They run a first class operation for sure!! Thanks guys!

Absolutely the worst experience in my life. Bought a used vehicle that they agreed to do repairs on!! They just sprayed over the rust( didn't even scale it off first!) Bought a new plow, Hose blew from being routed incorrectly during set up. 2- 3 week wait because ( they had other customers,really brand new plow off the lot and that is not priority especially when it going to snow the next week.?? Dropped it off for repair , the technician removed it from my truck and it all was well. Went to pick it up and jack was busted and bent?? They said I did that .. Their tech took it off!!! It was fine. Followed by then someone must have tried to steal it.. These guys are full of excuses and never return phone calls to make things right . Over a year now still trying to get this taking care of and not even a return call without it taking months of bugging them to get one. Once you buy plan on going somewhere else for service , and do not trust any agreements. They do however give you a vehicle to use while yours is in their shop, ( because it takes two months to get fixed!) Worked in this field 16 years and never dreamed this type of service was acceptable..

Over the past few years I've purchased 4 trucks from Dan at Weirs, as well as had experience with every other department there. It's a great place to shop, have maintenance or repairs done, and order parts or accessories. I've purchased brand new Fisher plows as well as had them swapped from one truck to the next with no issues. I've had problems with one of the trucks that were taken care of as quickly as possible. Everything breaks, right? At the very least I can break it, I use my trucks hard! Thanks for everything but the last truck you sold me runs a drives like a million bucks so I may not be back for a while.....

We had a great experience from start to finish. We felt very comfortable with the deal we were offered and the felt that everyone we dealt with was straightforward with every detail.
