Sorry I can't rate them in the negative numbers...I have never been so disappointed in my life. I bought a brand new 2023 Buick Envision from Weir's, paid cash, no finance needed. I drove off the lot on March 30, 2023 and it has been down hill since then. I will start with the fact that they sold me a car that was missing a sensor and told me I should have the part in "a month or two". I am now seven months out and still no part, but here's the kicker, my husband was told today that they don't have the part on order because...THEY DON'T EVEN MAKE THE PART YET!! I am so angry!When we call, nobody ever returns our calls. I have been told so many times, "We will get back to you", only to never hear from them again. I AM SO VERY SORRY THAT I EVER DID BUSINESS WITH WEIR'S, AND WOULD NEVER, NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!BUYER BEWARE...SO HONEST TO GOD SORRY I EVER, EVER, EVER WENT TO WEIR'S.Sharon Pelletier

When I purchased my Denali 1500 the extra key FOB wasn't available. During my oil change/tire rotation appointment I asked that the key FOB be programmed during my appointment. It wasn't. When I went to the sales/service counter they couldn't do it quickly because it was "lunch time" at 11:20a. I live 28 minutes away and had to make an appointment to come back to Arundel to have the key programmed. Pretty frustrating for me.

I called Weirs to check on current inventory as I realize Websites can have delays on being updated. I was in the market for a 2024 GMC 2500 HD and was having trouble locating a vehicle that wasnt pre-ordered or already had a deposit on it. The sales person,Josh, informed me one had just come into stock. He put a hold on it for me so I could get to Weirs to look it over, test drive and ask my questions. Josh was totally professional and he had all the answers to my questions. His no nonsense approach and respect for my time made our communication most effective and rewarding. I made the purchase and now I hope my future service experience with Weirs will be as satisfying as my sales experience I had with Josh.

This dealer would not offer what my vehicle is worth, they offered $6,000 less than another dealer(incentives included) on my trade in. Be weary of a low trade value offered. Once I decided to decline the low offer, they stated "its a nice vehicle, but it's not worth it for us to give you more for it, even if we were selling a $250,000 vehicle to you, it wouldn't make sense for us to do it.". I went and bought a new 2023 truck elsewhere. I was looking for a lasting relationship with a dealer ( I upgrade yearly) they made sure I NEVER consider going to this dealer, and will not reccomend. A new dealer earned my business. If you are searching for a GMC vehicle, you may want to consider your options.Seperate note: Service department 5 stars for great service.

The service that was done was fine but dealing with scheduling and time estimates was challenging. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a recall. When I called to see how long it would take they told me about 3 hours. I left the car at 10 a.m, I called to check in at 2 p.m. when I hadn't heard from them and they told me that in fact it takes more that 3 hours and wouldn't be done till around 5 p.m. The response I got was, "yeah sorry. Wish they would look closer before telling people times." It was frustrating because the recall was on a part that wasn't even installed when I bought the car and they never told me that it would need to be installed.

Was told lube oil filter tire rotation was 89.95 it’s on bill separate line item for 19.95 for tire rotation. When asked there was a change a few months ago have not updated invoicing system. The issue is the cost was in writing and agreed to 89.95 prior to drop off. Although 20 dollars doesn’t appear to be much when you multiply times estimate if 20 vehicles per week times 50 weeks per year times 50 weeks it’s an overage of 20 k per year ITS NOT RIGHT. I HAVE INVOICE TO VALIDATE

I noticed and liked that they are very educated and knowledgeable about what that do and did to my vehicle. Not only did they describe what they did but what the next steps will be. I'm a mechanic and that's how I know they are all well educated and knowledge about vehicles. I'm very happy about going to your dealership.

My vehicle was in for an Oil Change, Air Filter replacement, and new tires. The service dept ran into an issue getting my vehicle to align properly after multiple attempts with different technicians. Know that I was waiting at the location for my vehicle the Service Manager informed me of the issue and what was done to correct it to that point. He offered me the option of dropping off my vehicle a different day so they could get the issue taken care of. He also gave me a vehicle to use while my vehicle was being repaired as well as matching the tire price and even found a rebate on the tires I purchased. I purchased my vehicle at this location and would recommend Weirs Motor Sales in Arundel Maine to anyone looking for a GMC vehicle.

Recently bought a truck from them. Josh my salesman was awesome. He was no pressure the entire time. Seemed to be more interested in getting me in the right vehicle over pushing a sale. Negotiated the price over the phone and was able to go in sign some paper and was out 30 minutes later.
