Just not impressed, last weekend when I was out in my brother's truck I broke down in the middle of the night, mid night. Went through all the motions to get a tow. Then after about a hour I get a call back saying no one was available till the next day and that I can call back in the morning and try again! It was 17 degrees out at midnight! Took over 2 hours to get someone to pick me up! I had it towed the next day by a friend! Then yesterday, my truck broke down, called at 330. Was assigned to a local company to have it towed. They declined the order, and it was assigned to another company who apparently had a break down and never got it towed until after 8pm and was dropped off at the wrong address!!

I have never had an issues with triple a in the 7 years that we have been with them but tonight we ran out of gas right as we got off the turnpike and gray..called them 3 different times and 3 calls were made not once did they tell us that no one was delivering gas in the 35 mile radius until we had sat there for 3 hours already

don’t bother trying to get a tow through aaa.they waited 3 hours to tell me that i can’t get a tow for my car with transmission issues.

Waited over 2 hours for a tow never got a call back like I was told I was going to last time I called asked for a supervisor and never talked to one had to call a tow company myself to get home AAA IS BULL

Went in for my license renewal (Yes they do that). It took 15 minutes including my eye test and I was on my way. Try that at your local DMV.

Was stuck in the car with my mother-in-law with a dead battery I called AAA they said they would send someone be there in 15 minutes I waited a half an hour I called AAA back they told me that there was no one in the available in the area and couldn't get me a time as to when someone could come and get me a jump start I sat in that car for 2 hours with my mother-in-law who has dementia first time any year I needed to call AAA never used it before but have my membership only to find out that the service isn't that great

Besides roadside assistance being a very very long wait. Everything else about AAA Is absolutely amazing. Always have a quick response and awesome customer service.
