Eventhough the store was completely empty, the two employees weren't too excited about helping us. They provided NO customer service. Only after we suggested something, did they agree and do it. Totally dissatisfied as a 20 year plus customer!!

The wife had to get a new sim card. No big deal. Customer service was flat and underwhelming. Staff was not personable or warm. Very robotic and rushed. We had also ordered pizza next door, and after our transaction we proceeded to pick up our order a staff member walked all the way outside to ask if we were att customers because we were parked with the implication that we had better move. When i politely replied that my wife was literally just in there no more than two whole minutes ago, he then said "but are you "in att" there now?" To which i replied yet again "my wife was literally just in there getting a new sim card." He finally went inside while mumbling something under his breath. This happened 20 minutes or so before they were set to close in an otherwise empty parking lot, so im not sure what the issue was.

My husband and I went to the AT&T store in Auburn Maine today, a young man, Derik, manager I believe, was fantastic! He was very patient, polite, and knowledgeable, he made our transition between phones so easy! Thank you for for such amazing customer service!
